BEACHFRONT-4 Bedrm 4 BA Condo-Open NOW-Save money-500 sq ft Beachfront BALCONY!

Relax while enjoying the exceptional views from our 436 square foot balcony, one of the largest at the Tropic Winds Resort. This end corner unit (open West end) is on the 5TH FLOOR and offers perfect views of both sunrise and sunset. We have two master bedrooms that bracket the living room facing the beach and both directly access the oversized balcony. 
Tropic Winds is the newest Gulf Front condominium development right on the beach and is approximately 12 miles from the new International Airport. This complex offers an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. Guests are also provided an assigned covered parking space in the building within 30’ of the elevator. Additional unassigned parking is provided across the street in a covered/open ramp. 
Our spacious unit totals 1747 sq ft. There is one king size bed and one queen size bed in the two beach front master suites, 2 full size beds in the 3rd bedroom, another queen size bed in the 4th bedroom. The unit will comfortably sleep 10-12 people. All bedrooms have it s own private bathroom along with a TV in every bedroom.
Our condo operates with a keyless entry system. No wasting time checking in at the front desk. Once you arrive just come on in and let your luxury vacation begin. There is also free wireless internet service provided.
The dining area provides seating for 6 as well as 4 bar stools at the breakfast counter. The well appointed kitchen is equipped with Granite countertops and all NEW stainless steel appliances. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The living room allows for TV/DVD/VHS viewing on the large screen flat TV. The oversized balcony (10 x 44 sq ft) is furnished with a table and 6 chairs, love seat, and coffee table, and 2 lounge chairs.
Nearby activities include golf courses, deep sea fishing, water sports, tourist attractions, and a wide variety of dining opportunities. Location, Location, Location….Tropic Winds is on the west end of the beach which is quieter and family friendly yet close to all the major attractions. It is also only minutes west

Perfect family getaway

This was a family getaway with 7 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). This condo was perfect. Balcony was huge, location was perfect on the west end, close to pier park and many activities and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Fabulous views!

The balcony is huge & the views are great. We stayed with our 3 adult children & grandson. Everyone had their own bedroom & bath which is a huge plus and hard to find. The owner was responsive to our needs. I recommend this unit to families as you will have plenty of room. We had a great stay & will be back. Thank you Dina!

The best family condo in PCB

We stayed in unit 507 and it was exactly as the pictures listed on VRBO. The condo was spacious and the patio was the biggest I have ever seen. The property owner's were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit. We will definitely be back.

Had a great vacation in this awesome condo. Very spacious and equipped. Only complaint which has nothing to do with the condo or owners is parking. Parking is very tight and can be hard if you have larger vehicles but like I said that is not on the owners. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the oversized balcony ***

The balcony was the best thing about this unit. The unit was clean but could use some updating especially the tables. The dining table is a big glass table that I had to put a towel on the corner after my toddler grandson bumped his head. Some of the chairs are missing the balls on the seats so it scratches you leg. The other tables are wood with a glass centers and very bulky. I would not recommend for small kids unless their going to be on the balcony allday. Also it would be nice to add some hand towels. There are not any in the unit. Overall it was a good stay and the location was great.

If you want a large living space and patio with mediocre furnishings this is the place for you. Our two families have stayed at Tropic Wind’s many times. This unit is OK at best. My reason for the low rated review is due to a 7-hour delay in check in. After driving eleven hours plus from Ohio we find out the previous tenants were still on the premises. The owner did not let us know until after we arrived at the time of check in. Our parking spot was taken (previous tenant’s car). The unit was not even close to being cleaned (trash/dishes/clothes/bedding everything in disarray). Our conversation with the owner was centered around how the previous tenant was scamming her. There was little concern of how this would affect the 9 people that were ready to check in. We were assured there was going to be a refund (no amount disclosed) and that this would be taken care of immediately. Right at 7 hours later, after a hard working gentleman tried to clean up as best he could, we were able to have the room to ourselves. There was still some cleaning that needed to be done due to rushing the original work. There were a few other items that add to the low rating i.e.. HVAC couldn’t keep temp to match the thermostat/Patio under construction (full disclosure – we were informed only 5 days prior)/ Ceiling fan in main room missing remote/light in bedroom not working//bedroom TV remote missing/towels and washcloths stained/2X4 bracing under beds because of broken wheels on frames

Family Time

8 adults. We finally were able to come together to bury our brother's remains since lock downs. We came from all over the US (Texas, Montana, and local PC area). Pros: 1. Balcony was the BOMB! 2. Bathroom for each of the 4 bedrooms was a VERY nice feature. 3. Contact with owner was quick reply. Cons: 1. VERY small refrigerator for such a large unit. Kinda camper size. and icemaker did not work - we had to keep ice trays rotating. (not a huge issue but annoying) 2. Dining table chairs were missing parts causing leg scratches as indicated in another review. 3. Parking - owner charged us extra $5.00 per (2 spots) fee was supposed to be 15 but we were charged 20 each. I feel honest mistake, but no comment on a refund. 4. The Keurig leaked (as indicated from a past review). = = just minor annoyances for older folks like us, but should be low budget fixes if owner handles. All in all, we had a great time together enjoying the sunsets on the beautiful Gulf. so even tho these were minor we would stay again and bring our own ice and Keurig :)

Out of Date and lacking basic household items.

I will start with the Pros, the unit is very spacious and the layout is ideal for large groups. The patio is also giant in this unit. Dina was very easy to get ahold of and very pleasant to communicate with. Now for the Cons… this unit doesn’t look like the owners care about anything except the money the rental brings in. Many things in the unit were broken or missing parts. The couch arm was completely collapsed and broken and the couch was very very worn. The patio furniture was missing cushions and also seemed to be dirty. The bathrooms had no rugs in them and also the showers had old heads that leaked from the spout and the shower head. The hot water also ran out if you took any longer than a 5 minute shower. The kitchen chairs were missing some of the little knobs and it made the chairs very sharp and scratched your legs up if you weren’t careful. The kitchen appliances are newer but the unit in general was not well stocked with kitchen utensils or towels. This unit was very disappointing to us as we have stayed in many units in tropic winds that have been outstanding. I truly hope the owners put some time and money into this unit as it could be one of the nicest units in tropic winds.

Great balcony!

This condo is on the 5th floor (which is the first floor with condos). It is a side unit which offers an amazing view from the balcony. The sunsets that we viewed nightly were breath taking! The balcony was very big…it accommodated our party of 8 and could have held many more comfortably. No issues with the condo…we will definitely stay here again. The only negative comment would be that the furniture on deck could be updated BUT overall…this condo was well worth the money! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Huge balcony with beautiful view

It was a nice property but there were some issues. The glass top of the coffee table had been broken by the prior guests so we had a coffee table frame in the middle of the living room the entire week. The kurig leaked all over the counter top and floor. One of the chairs on the porch had a broken leg which was dangerous. Beds we uncomfortable for most of us. Chairs around the dining table were not in great shape. Written signs all over the unit warning that if sand is found in the unit there will be a large fee. Overall the location, huge balcony and having 4 bathrooms made it worth it all. Would stay there again but owners should take more care of their property and make their notes on the doors and refrigerator look a little more professional.

Our stay was great ! The only complaint we had was the air didn't seem to work very well it would never get below 75 with thermostat set at 68 or 70 somedays it would be 78 when we come in from a day at the beach .It just wouldn't cool down even at night .

Family vacation

Our family loved the location and the condo. The cons were: not enough wash cloths, wrist bands and some of the beds did not have a flat sheet. Refrigerator - the ice maker did not work and the drying cycle of the dishwasher did not work. Reached out to the owner and she made things right with the bed sheets and wristbands. She tried with the refrigerator and the dishwasher. They had to be ordered and would not be there until the following week. I was very impressed with her. (Thank You) Pros - The balcony was huge, the location was great for our family. Each family had their own bathroom. The only major complaint I have is the parking. I think a 4 bedroom condo unit should have at least 2 assign parking spaces. If you come to this location and you have a truck good luck. The parking places are not meant for big vehicles. Overall we will come back and drive a smaller vehicle.

MARVELOUS STAY

This is a great place to stay when visiting Panama City. This property was perfect for us. It is spacious, very tidy and has pretty new furniture (couch set), has a big and grand terrace with ample sitting chairs and lounging chairs to see the magnificent view of the ocean. The front beach view from the terrace was amazing; looking at the pristine sand and its cleanliness.; not to mention the memorable swimming experience at the ocean. We marveled at the beautiful sunset and sunrise. We liked the amenities too; the gym, indoor heated pool and outdoor pool; and of course, the security for the safety of all their guests. Will definitely stay in this same property the next time we visit Panama City.

A quick getaway

I brought my grown siblings and mother for a beach trip. Pros: It was great to have a large deck, 4 individual suites and activities in the closet for my young nephew. It was close to trash shoot and elevator, beach was not crowded, beds slept well, and there was a great breeze. Cons: it’s not close to many attractions but we were going to get a cart to travel around as a group but it was not allowed on property. We had to return it because we could not park it without it being towed (it was at a cost of 190.00). The kureg leaked, couch arm was broken and there was not a broom to sweep up any sand. We would have loved to sleep with the doors open to hear the ocean but there was not screens on the doors. Overall: we would stay there again.

Great property with a few glitches

We loved the condo, particularly having a bathroom connected to each bedroom as well as the huge balcony! Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. We did have a couple of glitches: 1) not enough hot water for multiple showers--we had to stagger them; 2) the dryer only worked on one setting and it took us several days to figure this out--unfortunately they were unable to get it serviced during our stay; 3) a couple of times someone parked in our reserved space but we simply parked in another space which appeared to be unoccupied and left a note on our windshield. It would be nice to have two reserved spaces for a 4 bedroom condo but that would be difficult. Overall, it was well worth the minor inconveniences.

Great vacation!

The balcony on this unit is huge! I loved that my whole crew could sit out there together. Morning coffee while dolphin watching with my 3 grandchildren is priceless! The hot water runs out if you have multiple people getting ready so you have to time that. Had some issues with the dryer being replaced during our stay but was not anyone’s fault other than the appliance company. Dina was wonderful to work with, answered my questions and concerns very quickly. Parking isn’t the best. We had to park to go into condo and unload and get parking passes and came out to “warnings” for not having a parking pass even though we parked in open parking spots. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Issues with cleanliness

The unit is spacious and the view is amazing. However, the unit was not clean and it seems the towels were not washed with detergent as the checkout instructions required the guests to start laundry and yet the owner informed us that laundry detergent would not be available! If it wasn’t for the spaciousness and the view, I would have given it a lower rating.
