This townhouse is an end unit that backs up to beautiful Mt Royal and is very close to some of the best ski resorts in the world In addition, you are right next to the bike path that goes through out Summit County. There is a free Summit bus that is one block away

Beautiful neighborhood, very close to Mount Royal and the bike path and the perfect area to fully enjoy the mountains not to mention the close proximity to skiing
