The house has a view over the bay, with beautiful mountains in the background. From here you can see how sport fishermen pull out salmon, trout, and mackerel. You won't get fresher fish for dinner than this. If you are arriving by boat, there is a slip for draft boats. Large, fresh, and modern living room/kitchen on the upper floor with all necessities, TV with satellite dish (Canal+). There are large dining tables, indoors and outdoors, which fit everyone. There are 2 fireplaces, of which one is located in one of the bedrooms. 2 bathrooms: the one on the upper floor has a bathtub, the one on ground floor has a shower. The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is on the ground floor. The large patio, where the sun shines all day long, is fitted with outdoor seating and a Weber gas barbecue. On the patio there is a hot tub for relaxing. On the site there is also a private pond, sandpit, and trampoline. The sea is at walking distance. Bed linen and towels are available on site. End of stay cleaning is an option.

Large high end hone

Spacious with many amenities and fantastic views. Well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful perks such as first aid kit, games, paddle boards, and cool gadgets included. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house!

We spent our summer vacation this year with 3 generations of our family in this beautiful home. The house has particularly exclusive kitchen equipment. The spacious terraces offer plenty of space. The small pond on the property or the large whirlpool offer fun swimming. The landlord also has some outdoor games and 3 SUPs available for use. The sun-drenched upper floor offers a great panorama of the water and mountains even at breakfast. The rooms in the basement are a bit cooler in summer and offer good sleeping comfort. Compared to other regions in Sweden, it is a little busier here, which we noticed - but didn't mind. The landlord is immediately on the phone if there are any problems or questions, and the nice neighbors should also be mentioned here. Thank you for a great summer vacation in 2024! C.

House on island

The owner of the house is very forthcoming and helpful. He assisted us when needed and was very available. The house lies on a good location in a nice bay. Downstairs are three bedrooms, however two are connected by a door so that one of them cannot be entered separately. Both bathrooms are quite tired and in one of them there is no space for placing your toiletries. Overall some windows cannot be opened and one tv was broken. The upstairs area is however very nice with a good view and pleasant surrounding. The cleaning was unfortunately poor with old pommes frites still in the oven and spiders in the ceiling. We however enjoyed our stay in the house and on the island.

Uitzicht en wandel mogelijkheid

Het huis was prima. Voor boodschappen zijn we naar Stenungsund of Uddevalla gegaan. We hebben een hike gelopen op de bergen waar je vanuit het huis op uitkijkt. Daarnaast kun je aan de achterzijde van het huis snel op wandelpaden komen, waar je aan de zeekant over de berg uitkomt. -

Phantastisches Haus am Meer

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Terrasse ĂŒber 3 Seiten,toller 40 Grad warmer Whirlpool. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit u.a. Gaggenau und Miele GerĂ€ten. Super Bang und Olufson Anlage. SUP können benutzt werden. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter der Alles erklĂ€rt. Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank an Johan.

Schönes Haus mit tolles Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr großzĂŒgig gestaltet. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Übergabe erfolgte direkt vom Vermieter, der auf uns geduldig gewartet hat. Ausblick beim Essen war super. AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung und Einkaufen waren kein Problem.

Schönes Haus in wundervoller Umgebung (04/22)

Das Haus liegt auf der Insel Orust, nahe dem Ort Ösund, direkt an einem kleinen „Fjord“. Zwar liegt das Haus an einer Strasse, LĂ€rm war jedoch nicht hörbar. Das Haus hat 2 Etagen. Im unteren Geschoss sind 3 Zimmer (eines mit Kamin) mit Schlafmöglichkeiten sowie ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Im Oberen Geschoss sind 2 Zimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeiten, 1 Bad mit WC und Badewanne, die KĂŒche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer (ein großer Raum) mit Kamin. Das gesamte Haus war sauber, die KĂŒche sehr groß und super ausgestattet. Der Esstisch ist fĂŒr 8 Personen ausgelegt, die Couch sehr bequem, TV mit Streaming Diensten und ein Kamin fĂŒr tolle Momente. Die Betten waren bequem (keine durchgelegene Matrazen). Es waren zudem Spiele fĂŒr den Garten verfĂŒgbar. Ein Gas - und Holzkohlegrill sowie ein Tisch mit StĂŒhlen, ein Hochtisch und eine Sitzgruppe mit Auflegern waren auf der riesigen Terasse (3/4 umfasst Haus) vorhanden. In der Terrasse eingebauter Whirlpool war das Highlight in den kĂŒhlen Nachtstunden. Das Untergeschoss war in der Nacht etwas kĂŒhl, die Heizung konnte die RĂ€ume nicht richtig erwĂ€rmen. Die Einrichtung des großen Schlafzimmers ist schon veraltet. Im Untergeschoss waren manchmal die Schritte des OG zu hören. Vom Haus aus konnten wir tolle Wanderungen in der Umgebung durchfĂŒhren. Bis zum Meer und den vorgelagerten Inseln ging es zu Fuß ĂŒber einen schmalen Pfad. Dauer: ca. 15 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der NĂ€he vorhanden. (10-20 min.) in Mollösund haben wir auch 2 FischhĂ€ndler gefunden. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen. Toll eingerichtet, eine fantastische Umgebung und viel Zeit und Ruhe fĂŒr sich selbst.

Eventyr pÄ Orust

Tak for en herlig oplevelse i smukke Sverige. Vores vÊrt Johan har vÊret super god til at informere og modtog os i huset ved ankomst. Virkelig rar og viste os hvordan alt fungerede. Alt var klart med sengetÞj, hÄndklÊder, brÊnde til pejsen og lÊkker kaffe. Der er masser af oplevelser i omrÄdet med bl.a. sejltur til KÀringön og Lyr hvor der er gode restauranter (Petersons krog og Bryggvingen) Husk at booke bord. Efter en dag med oplevelser er det bare skÞnt at komme retur til huset, hvor aftenen kan nydes i det udendÞrs Jacuzzi og bÞrnene havde en fantastisk tid med leg pÄ klipperne i baghaven. Her kommer vi helt sikkert tilbage. Tak Johan for en super bra base til vores Höstlov Hilsen de 2 danske familier

Toppenboende! Generöst modernt hus med plats för mÄnga.

Generöst hus med plats för mĂ„nga. LĂ€tt att umgĂ„s men Ă€ven att kunna dra sig undan om man sĂ„ behöver. Bra utrustat kök. Modernt hus som gjort för uthyrning, man har allt man behöver. Inga massa personliga prylar som gör att det kĂ€nns som man kliver in hos nĂ„gon (positivt tycker vi). Trevlig husvĂ€rd som var lĂ€tt att ha att göra med. Ett litet önskemĂ„l hade varit nĂ„gon typ av parasoll eller markis pĂ„ uteplatsen vid matbordet. Vi hade turen att fĂ„ riktigt soligt under vĂ„r vistelse och lite skugga pĂ„ denna södersida hade varit najs :) Även sovrummet som vĂ€tter mot baksidan blev vĂ€ldigt varm under dagen. Allt detta gĂ„r att leva med, bara som idĂ© till förbĂ€ttring. Tack för tvĂ„ hĂ€rliga semesterveckor pĂ„ Orust!!!

Fint hus med lugnt lÀge. Huset var till stor den modernt och renoverat, vissa delar lite Àldre. Fungerade utmÀrkt för smÄbarn. Allt som behövdes fanns, och lite till. Snabb Äterkoppling frÄn Àgaren. Rekommenderas.

Erholsame Tage in Orust

Das Haus ist sehr großzĂŒgig und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf den Fjord ist toll, auch wenn zeitweise ziemlich Verkehr auf der Straße herrscht. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten viel draußen sitzen. Auch fĂŒr Kinder ist gesorgt. Es gibt ein großes Trampolin und einen Sandkasten. Um in den nĂ€chsten Ort mit Restaurants (ÂŽHallevikstrand) zu kommen, muss man einen Fußmarsch von 1 Std. (entspr. knapp 5 Km) in Kauf nehmen. DafĂŒr belohnt der Ort mit schöner AthmosphĂ€re und netter Bedebucht. Alles in allem haben wir die Woche sehr genossen.

A wonderfull house

The view was so spectakuler from all sides. The kitchen was more than complete. The beds were all perfekt. Very nice garden and a terrace all around the house. The owner is very quickly there to help you. I definitly recommend this house.

I grew up on the mainland in Stenungsund's municipality by Lake HĂ€llungen. In the summers we used to take the caravan to different parts of Sweden and Norway. For many years I sailed with optimism. I loved the sea and the experiences in the Scandinavian Mountains. During winter it was all about skiing in the Scandinavian Mountains. Since I finished school, I started working within the Stenungsund industry.

Why they chose this property

When I saw this place for the first time, I laid down on my back and enjoyed the air and the view. I bought the house and have rebuilt it since, so it suits me and my friends. The patio is the obvious place to be when there are many of us meeting up.
