In the heart of the regional natural park volcanoes of Auvergne, in the spa resort of La Bourboule, it is the ideal place for holidays with family or friends.
Its situation offers you a wide range of activities besides hydrotherapy (baths, thalassotherapy, treatments ...) you practice all outdoor sports hiking, volcanic bathing, cycling, trail but also cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skiing alpine among others for the winter period.
The villa is ideally located, close to the city center and all amenities; train station, supermarket, aquatic center, hiking, shuttle (link with the Mont Dore winter resort) 5 minutes walk and 15 minutes from the Grands Thermes.
This house welcomes you for your pleasure. Completely renovated, it consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen open to comfortable lounge area with TV DVD and a wood stove for the pleasure of the flame (the house has central heating) 2 bedrooms with private dressing rooms, 2 bathrooms with towel dryer.
An independent garage with motorized door for a vehicle, locker for ski equipment and appenti for bike and mountain bike.
A terrace with electric awning and garden furniture.
Facing south on a fenced and flat ground of about 1000m2.

    Très bon séjour et maison très agréable

    La Maison est moderne , propre , avec tout le confort et du calme - malgré la route à côté mais tout a été fait pour qu’elle ne dérange absolument pas - elle se situe à 10 mn à pied du centre et d’Intermarché pour les courses - seule Petite chose à savoir : la chambre du milieu est traversante vers une 3 e chambre ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce donc c’est bien pour une famille mais moins bien pour des séjours entre amis - peut-être faudrait il juste l’indiquer en amont - et côté vaisselle ajouter quelques verres à vin et à champagne ? Pour les apéritifs et dîners de fête ! Merci pour ce bon séjour

    Propriété bien située pour rayonner en Auvergne et notamment dans le Sancy. Propreté impeccable, très grand jardin et hôte très réactif. Au final une très bonne semaine passé en famille chez Nicolas, nous recommandons grandement.

    Il n y a qu'à poser ses valises et profiter du séjour. La maison est totalement équipée. Intermarché et centre ville la bourboule à moins de 2 minutes en voiture Le paysage est sublimissime . Les enfants ont hâte d y retourner
