Our home has Central Air. Exceptional water views from every room make this home the perfect vacation destination. Private beach with direct ocean access via Bass River. It is situated on a private Cul de sac and centrally located. It has a bright modern open floor plan.

First floor has a primary bedroom with whirlpool tub and deck, a twin bedroom, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertop and stainless appliances. The breakfast bar opens to the dining room with seating for 8, spacious living room laundry room, 2nd full bath with walk in shower.

Second floor with two queen bedrooms, 3rd full bath, spacious family room with two roll away beds for additional sleeping and deck. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

Amenities include AC, WiFi, 55" flat screen TV in living room and family room, laundry room, linens included, beach chairs, the use of three recreational kayaks, gas grill, patio, decks.


West Dennis is centrally located in the mid Cape area close to all the attractions Cape Cod has to offer.....just a short drive to Dennis Pines and Dennis Highlands, Bass River and Blue Rock golf courses. Provincetown at the tip of the Cape is a great 40 minute day trip. Hyannis center with its many unique shops is a 15 minute drive. Chatham is a twenty minute drive and has great shops and restaurants The house is located a short distance from Route 6.

What a wonderful property!

Everything about this house was exceptional. The location, on Bass River, is so beautiful -sitting on the deck and watching the boats, kayakers and paddleboarders, and ducks go by was incredible. At night, you can see the lights of the homes across the river. The house is close to route 28 but we never could hear it (and across from a great donut shop!). The house is amazing - so well furnished, such comfortable beds, lovely linens, everything one could want in kitchen and household supplies. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable; the bathrooms well appointed and the towel supply is endless. Joan has been so responsive - a very gracious host. Our only complaint is that we had to leave- can't wait to stay here again. It was fantastic.

If you want a 4 bedroom, you should look at this listing.

Simply great all around. We already knew about the great view. The house is well kept and the owner was a delight to work with. We did not realize how great the location was until we had been there a few days.

Stunning views of Bass River throughout well kept property. Everything you need for relaxing stay, with close proximity to many wonderful beaches. Joan was very responsive and checkin a breeze. Would stay again!

Family Vacation 2021

We are a family of 10 ranging from ages 3-67. There was plenty of space for the young kids to spread out and play without getting in the way of the grandparents. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Tons of towels, toilet paper, trash bags and left over goodies for the ktichen(spices, sugar, k-cups). We enjoyed the view from every room, very friendly neighbors. We had a fabulous week and really enjoyed exploring lots of the Cape, only 35min to Marconi beach( we saw 6 seals swimming), 5 min to West Dennis beach. Highly recommend checking out Mayflower only 10 min drive. Joan was easy to get ahold of. Would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful home in a terrific location with stunning views!

Our family, a group of 6, found this home very roomy, nicely decorated and very clean! The views of the cove were just wonderful and we all enjoyed watching egrets, swans, fish and other wildlife right from the patio. The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and close by to area shopping and beaches. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. This property was truly wonderful and we all hope to return again. Thank you Joan, we really enjoyed our stay!

Celebrating life long friendship

Joan made our stay in her beautiful home above and beyond our expectations! Arrived to a welcoming lit home with fresh flowers on the table.The house and the spectacular view said relax and enjoy! Joan went out of her way to give us restaurant suggestions and where to shop for groceries, etc. Patio view was great place to unwind at the end of the day! We throughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great family vacation at this clean, well appointed house. The owner Joan was very responsive when/if we had any questions. The location was great as were the views of Grand Cove! A lovely spot to spend the week relaxing with our extended family. We'll definitely be back!

This House had it all!

This house truly had it all! convenient location, incredible views, great layout plenty of room to enjoy each others company! The house was clean and comfortable it was like staying in someone's home not a rental property!! It had every thing we needed and things we never thought of. Joan was great to deal with got right back to me with any questions I had. Having o'sheas around the corner was plus we were able to walk and listen to live music any night of the week! I would absolutely recommend this property it was a little piece of heaven right in Dennis. A beautiful home with lots of room

Elegant house made a home by the friendly owner who even put tulips on the dining table to welcome my Dutch in laws. Everything was as described and worked well for five people.

Clean, Comfortable, Well Suppllied

The home is lovely! It is clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. There is plenty of sleeping options in this home. My husband and three of our children that came on the vacation thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Being right on the water was beautiful and so convenient. We kayaked, rented a paddleboard and spent time in the rowboat fishing. Dennis is a favorite spot of ours and we would definitely consider returning to Joan's home. She was also extremely gracious and mailed me some of my favorite knives that I left at the house. Her neighbors were very friendly and helpful too!!

A perfect vacation home

Our whole family spent a week we will never forget at this lovely home. It shows wonderfully in the pictures here but we found it even more beautiful in reality. It is well-appointed & has plenty of room for everyone to have some extra space. We lived on the deck & the sunsets were spectacular. Wished we could do it every summer!

Perfect Home on Cape Cod

This home was exactly what we needed for our Thanksgiving holiday. The space was ideal for our group of adults. The common areas were spacious as were the bedrooms. Having three bathrooms was ideal. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Views of the water can be seen from almost every room in the house. We wished we could have stayed longer and would love to return in the summer. This is a perfect rental for a group and would work well for a family with children or older adults. The homeowner Joan is very nice and quick to respond to emails which I appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home.

owner very helpful and flexible wonderful house with everything you need. Great location. not perfect because of a faulty fire alarm- that was not their fault and hot weather without AC. But most people would not have cared about the heat.

Terrific

We really loved the house. We love the decor and how convenient everything was. It was so well stocked and the view was absolutely priceless. We had a ball with the kayaks and the kids loved the outdoor shower. It was perfectly located and central to beaches and yummy restaurants. The only reason this didn't receive the 5th star was that there was no a/c, but we loved it otherwise.

Tranquility to gregariousness

On our way to Cape Cod we received a text from our daughter-in- law. She and our son had arrived safely and this place is "amazingly awesome" or "awesomely amazing". She was right on. We rented with our 3 children and their spouses. It was first come, first choice of bedroom. We were second and had a difficult time choosing. All are lovely. It feels like a home , not a rental. Very well supplied kitchen and bedrooms. Comfy beds. The kayaks were a bonus, as were the baby ospreys in the nest across the cove. Their parents were expert fisherfolk. I loved the outdoor shower. Swam in the warm cove and the quite chilly (June 8th) ocean. The owner is absolutely pleasant and helpful. I would recommend that you all check with me before booking so you do not take my next vacation. P.S. Good Friends' Cafe has the best hash in the world.

little piece of heaven

everyone just loved the house and location the rooms are all roomy and the beds are very comfortable the washing machine and dryer are a big plus. we did some fishing, kayaking, swimming, catching crabs and would just sit outside and enjoy the view. we have been coming to this area for more than fifty years and this by far is the nicest house and location we have been at. I would recommend this rental to everybody

Great Family Holiday

Overall beautiful location and house. Everything was catered for and house was extremely well equiped. Views magnificent. Listing description could not do the area justice. Property was spotless with loads of space and I would recommend highly. Near beaches and restaurants, and loads fun for children of all ages.

Fantastic House with great views

We stayed in this fantastic house for a week in june ,the house is beautifully decorated and very well laid out .We were all amazed at how gorgeous it was .lovely big living area, and well stocked kitchen.Great having 3 bathrooms and four large bedrooms .Everything was spotless clean We actually found it hard to leave every day to site see etc because the views were Spectacular ,what a location we didnt want to leave .Joan was great to deal with and very helpful We would recommend this house highly .It is also in a great area of the cape ,plenty of beaches and towns to visit right in middle of cape.Everyone wants to return that says it all

Great Family Rental

The house was ready when we arrived a little before check-in time and was clean, stocked with paper products as promised and ready for us. Our first impression of the property was a big WOW! from everyone. The setting is superb. Our group filled the house and the three bathrooms were a real plus. Rooms were provided with fans so we were comfortable even though we had some warm days. TVs everywhere so one was dedicated to the Hallmark channel and one to ESPN. The kitchen was well equipped and easily met our needs. We generated a lot of laundry every day and the washer and dryer were great. We used and enjoyed the kayaks and the BBQ. We found markets nearby within a short drive. Grandparents didn't attempt a walk to the Atlantic but family assured it was not difficult trek and there were "refreshments" along the way. We've been coming to Cape Cod for several years now from California and have stayed in different houses each time. This is one of the few we would (or will) return to on another visit.

FABULOUS

My family arrived and were blown away by the home. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The layout could not have been more ideal for our family that consisted of my parents, brother and my daughter, other half and myself. Everyone had their own space and it never felt crowded. The home has a beautiful view and is located perfectly in the the mid cape. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to call it home for a holiday. I personally have rented many vacation rentals and have to say this was by far the most accurate to the description. The street is adorable, the neighbors are friendly and the area is simply beautiful. We live on the west coast but if we ever return to "The Cape" we will rent from Joan again, AMAZING!

Perfect Vacation!

My family and I just spent a perfect week at 16 Woodbine Drive, in West Dennis. The weather was perfect, but in addition to the weather, the house was incredibly comfortable and well appointed. We like to cook, and we cooked most of our meals at the house - the kitchen is totally equipped, unlike any other house I have rented or my friends have rented. The view of the water from every room is incredible, the beds inviting, more towels than you could ever use, great water pressure in the showers. The kayacks were put to constant use in the cove, and cocktails were served every night on the patio outdoors. The West Dennis Beach is a healthy walk from the house. Golf and tennis are closeby. Joan helped us find the best local restaurants. We can't wait to return next year! Thank you, Joan! Martha Kaufman

You Can't Go Wrong With This House!

This is a wonderful house in an excellent location with a spectacular view. It is immaculate and well-furnished, inside and out. The kitchen has everything you need and includes nice appliances and extensive utensils. The dining room and living room on the first floor are just as nice as depicted in the photos. We enjoyed many meals on the deck overlooking the cove. The kayaks were an added bonus, even for non-boaters. All bedrooms were simply but nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were in good condition, and there are more towels than we knew what do to with. The den upstairs and the master bedroom even have their own balconies. The West Dennis beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Joan was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to a return trip and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Growing up in the Boston area I fell in love with the Cape where my family had been in the summer rentaI business for as long as I can remember. I have been a resident of Cape Cod for 35 years. This home has been in my family for decades. We have enjoyed raising our two children on beautiful Grand Cove. Now that our children have grown we decided to summer rent the property so that others can enjoy. I have been a real estate broker who has been focused on Cape Cod rentals for the last 10 ears. I look forward to sharing our little slice of heaven with you.

Why they chose this property

Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood yet very convenient to great restaurants, shops, 2 great Dennis golf courses ,and the famous Cape Cod Playhouse. We are not far from the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Provincetown is about an hour drive for a day trip.

What makes this property unique

The house has been lovingly maintained. We supply beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. We supply 2 kayaks and additional kayaks and paddleboards can be rented nearby. We have all the amenities of home.
