This house was gorgeous, the views and sounds of the ocean can be enjoyed right from the porch. The host was great to work with, excellent communication. Would definitely stay again

Amazing property. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Owners were easy to contact and quickly resolved anything needed. Great beach access and the swimming pool is landscaped beautifully in a way that shelters you from the wind.

We absolutely loved our stay! We decided on a last minute staycation and found Sol de Mar and fell in love with the pictures and knew we wanted to stay there. I didn't think it was possible but it was even more beautiful than the pictures. Jeff was wonderful to work with and answered every question we had and went out of his way to make sure we had an easy relaxing stay. We will 100% be back and stay longer next time aa it was very hard to leave!!

Exceeded Expectations!

Based on the pictures, we were expecting a beautiful home and location - and we absolutely got that! The added touch of constant communication with the owner was such a positive bonus. Everything in the house was labeled with helpful information, making our adjustment quick and easy. It's a beautiful home, no matter your reason to visit. Our young kids had a blast being so close to the beach and swimming in the pool! The views were amazing and the house was incredibly clean. We wouldn't think twice about staying here again. We plan on it!

"Its a 10"

You know how they say you never have a bad day at the beach? Well that is TRUE and then some!! This beautiful home has excellence from start to finish. When you enter the top level you feel like you're hovering over the ocean. This thoughtful and well planned design gives you a panoramic of the beach which is hard to find on Kure beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. If you like to cook (and we do) I made use of the wonderful Chef style professional kitchen with all the amenities. Plus having access to the grill on the pool level was a treat. A beautiful yard with play toys for all ages along with the pool was an added treat. From the beginning of the booking to the departure we had full communication with the owner. We WILL be back !! Thank you Jeff and Grechen for sharing your home with us!

Family Wedding Weekend

We hosted several family members for a wedding in Wilmington. The home was fantastic with top notch amenities. Everyone had a wonderful time. We had regular communication with property management on how to operate all the homes features. I look forward to rebooking if ever I am in the area again.
