'House Altein' apartment no 4, 110 m2, located very central in Davos, for 6 people plus baby - next to the cross country slopes, two bath rooms, Congress Centre 3 minutes walk away, shops and new shopping centre (Migros) 2 minutes walk away, restaurants and bus stop (ski bus) all very nearby. Big garden, that can be used. The apartment is south-east facing, spacious, cosy furnture. One living/dining room with cable-TV set and radio. Free Wifi/WLAN in the whole Apartment. Three sleeping rooms plus kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with dining table. 2 baths/WC, large balcony/loggia 21m2, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture - covered balcony. Three rooms have direct access to the balcony. Sleeping rooms: 1 room with 2 beds (1,40 m x 1,90 m, 0,90 x 1,90 m), 1 room 2 beds (2 x 0,90m x 1,90m), 1 room 1 bed (1,60m x 1,90m) in total 6 6eople can sleep in the apartment plus one baby.. One underground garage belongs to the apartment (no 32). Nice view of the mountains. One pet/dog allowed. Baby bed and high chair available. Apartment renovated in fall 2020 - new oak parquet in all rooms and painting of the apartment, additional new bath/WC built in. New kitchen 2025 built in.

- Please use only the blue garbage bags - they can only be bought in food stores in Davos at the cashe desk only - Before leaving please dispose all bottles, metal tins,PET bottles in the nearby containers (opposite the food shop called Denner) - Parking in front of the house only allowed for unloading the car - parking in the underground garage - The key for appartment door works for all doors, ie underground garage, cellar, main door. ski shed in front of the house - Touris tax: on the first day of your holiday you need to register in the nearby tourist office - you will receive a touris pass for using free of charge the bus etc. Children less than age 6, are free of charge - Baby bed and high chair available - Bed sheets and towels can be ordered: CHF 20.-- per person - to be paid the cleaning lady at the end of the stay - Bus stop, restaurants, shops, shopping centre 70 meters from the house - Congress Centre 200 meters from the house - Big garden - play ground - ideal in the summer for children - Big covered balcony with garden furniture

Wonderful location for an amazing property

Our experience with Walter and this property was amazing. The location is walkable to everything. The building and apartment were clean and organized. The people in the building were very friendly as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot.

Great location in Davos

We had a great stay here. The location was ideal with just a short 2 minute walk to the main Street where the bus runs and there are plenty of shops. As a traveler tip, the washer and dryer is a shared appliance with other units but you can schedule times to use it. We would definitely come back and hope to soon!

Absoutely central, next to Shops - new Shopping Centre just opened - 80 meters away, the park, ice rink, Congress Centre, shops and
restaurants all in walking distance. Bus to the ski resorts only 80 meters away Public
Swimming pool and indoor pool 300 meters. cross country ski 200 meters away
Davos lake for swimming and sports 2 km away (easy reachable by bus or car). Cable car stations within Walking distance. One underground parking. Seperate shed for the skis and boards in front of the house.

Central, quiet, very nice view of the mountains, house 2016 completely renovated. Apartment 2020 renovated (new bathroom etc)
One Underground parking in the house. All shoprs/Shopping centre, restaurants, sports activiites in walking distance.
