What a wonderful condo! So pleased with everything!! Corner condo made for great beach views from balcony! Cleanliness was great & condo was up-to-date! Beds comfortable & bathrooms clean. Kitchen well stocked, bathrooms had blow dryers & bedrooms had floor fans in closets. Loved furniture on deck & the classy interior decor. Vacasa staff was wonderful at getting back on any questions we had. Will keep this on my short list for future trips.

Our stay was great. Master bed was comfortable but the other two were not as. AC worked great . Probably the best AC we’ve had at any of our condos. Kitchen and bathrooms were good. Bathrooms could use a little more cleaning. Balcony was great. All and all we would rent the condo itself again. However we have swore off the location. To many people.we will go west on down to the non horsies bldgs. From now on.

Great location with large balcony and comfy furniture. Needed mattresses replaced in front bedroom and queen in back bedroom. Also need new living room couch because you sink to the springs when you sit down. Kitchen included all you need for a fun stay

When we first arrived the condo “looked” great. Balcony view of ocean was awesome and balcony furniture was very nice.We had been driving for 11 hours and all of us were tired. As we prepared children(4 year olds) for bed in the room with bunk beds-my husband noticed that the bunk beds were wobbling. After inspecting the bunk beds we learned that the only thing holding up the top bunk was the wall. The pegs and screws were cracked and broke and screws were stripped out. The child on the bottom would be crushed when the top fell. The room was small so my husband and son in law took the bunk beds apart and removed them and girls slept on the mattress on the floor. We didn’t like it but kids didn’t care so we just moved past the issue. And we’re thankful nothing bad happened as it was a BIG safety issue.After kids were down, we discovered that the lock on the balcony was broke.This was another huge safety issue because children could go on the balcony without an adult or while we were asleep. The furniture on the balcony was nice but it was tall and a child could easily fall over the railing on the balcony if they climbed on top of it.I tried to call maintenance but all the numbers were in OREGON.There was NO local office on site, no room maintenance on site.Vacasa does not manage the condos well -pool and splash pad we’re also gross.I feel owners of condo are not aware that Vacasa is neglecting the upkeep of the condo and the grounds.There is more but I am out of room to write.

Very Clean and maintained Condo

This condo has three bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. It was very clean and I was very impressed with the home decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. I really appreciated having assess to extra towels and cloths that were stored in the bathroom. I also noticed the owner provided extra toilet paper in the bathroom. We stayed July 4th weekend and the guest in this condo were very respectful of the noise level. It was very quiet in the evening. This condos living room and master bedroom have assess to the patio facing the beach. Overall I enjoyed this condo. I do recommend this condo however I would like to share that there is only two elevators and sometimes the wait can take up to 20 minutes so be patient. I would also recommend getting there right at your checking time so you can find a parking space. Everything is in walking distance so you don’t have to move your vehicle.
