Spacious 100m2 apartment renovated in late 2023 that comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 separate bedrooms / 1 bathroom (bath + shower). In a quiet neighborhood close to Rennes city center, you'll find all everyday amenities within a 5-minute walk: Carrefour Market, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, etc.
The apartment is fully equipped, so all you have to do is put your suitcases down: sheets and towels included, beds made on arrival, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-fi (fiber) provided!

The Havane apartment is laid out as follows
- a large 50m2 living room with fitted closets (integrated washing-machine-dryer), comfortable dining table for 6, TV area with armchairs and 2 3-seater sofas.
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (kettle, toaster, hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, Nespresso capsule machine and espresso machine, electric coffeemaker...) with central island and everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals in perfect conditions.
- a first bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and large closet/wardrobe
- a second bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and large closet/wardrobe, plus an office area
- a third bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds (the beds can be moved closer together to make a double bed).
- bathroom with double washbasin, bath and Italian shower with rain shower, towel rail and hairdryer. Separate WC.

The apartment is on the first floor, not overlooked, and can easily accommodate people with reduced mobility (only one small step to climb) without having to comply with PMR standards.

The location is perfectly quiet, in the heart of the Alphonse Guérin district, directly on the Bonnets Rouge promenade along the Vilaine river. Located just a few minutes from the center of Rennes and its amenities (5 minutes by bus), close to Campus Beaulieu (2 km, or less than 10 minutes by bus or car) and Cesson-Sévigné businesses (Via Silva, Rennes Atalante...). Rennes train station is 2 km away (5 minutes by car) and Rennes-Saint Jacques airport is 10 km away (22 minutes by car). A bus stop 200 meters from the apartment takes you to both downtown Rennes and the Beaulieu Campus in just a few minutes. Parking is easy in the neighborhood if you're driving.

Le Havane is ideal for families moving to Rennes or looking for temporary accommodation for a few days, weeks or months.

For a few nights only, it will also be the ideal place for groups of colleagues who want to share a beautiful space and each have their own room, or groups of friends/families visiting Rennes. However, this accommodation does not allow pets, and we cannot authorize your parties here out of respect for the residence's co-owners.

On site, you'll be greeted by the Cocoonr Rennes agency team, who will have prepared the apartment for your stay, explain how it works and give you the keys. Bed linen and towels of 4/5-star hotel quality are provided. Your bed will be made up on arrival. Kitchen utensils are provided: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc.
