What makes a Disney vacation home perfect ? Location, Location, Location.
They don't call Florida the sun shine state for nothing !!! Our home overlooks a beautiful lake. Enjoy the wildlife or fishing on the lake on just relax and watch the sunset. This is our only vacation home the pictures are of the home you are staying in. Our private pool is south facing with screened pool area. Eagle Pointe is a quiet and safe residential area yet only minutes away from shops and restaurants and 8 miles to the entrance of Disney. Our home is non-smoking, however smoking is allowed in the covered pool deck area. Sorry no pets allowed. Great for couples/families. Free telephone calls to north America and Canada.

Excellent stay, exactly as described. Convenient location for all you want to do in and around Florida. One pleasant surprise was the pool deck is south facing in the middle of the row of homes, so gets all day sun. Highly recomend.

We really liked the location of the house and heated pool (since it’s been colder at night in Florida) the drawbacks were that not enough toilet paper was provided, and no detergent for the dishes or laundry were provided. We liked all the space available and would definitely stay here again, bringing more of our own supplies.

Beautiful, spacious, everything you need. The aircon was great, no noisy clunky units in each room, master bedroom had a queen sized bed with en-suite and walk in closet, great location for old town activities, you do need a car to get about but I wouldn’t stay anywhere in America without a car.

We love this property 3rd time we’ve stayed there is lots of open space, it’s comfortable clean and fully equipped and has enclosed pool. Owner and agents very quick to respond to any queries.Location is ideal for all major attractions.Stunning lake view which you are able to fish but watch out for the alligator that is in there We had another amazing holiday only wish it was longerI would highly recommend this property for any length of stay and I’m sure we will be back hear at some point.
