The third bedroom has an elegant Queen bed that shares a Jack and Jill washroom with the fourth bedroom that has two twin beds decorated with Mickey. You have a formal dining room and sitting area with kitchen and living area open space concept, leading to the patio pool area and your covered lanai. For the golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public. Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world and from this location you are between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses.
Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful beaches of Clear-Water, St. Peters-berg and Cocoa Beach.
Main entrance: The entrance of the community is secure and gated at all times. You will be needing a code to open the gates provided 60 days prior of your arrival. The code will be given to the guests only after the full payment is received.

Family Vacation

We brought down a 4 year old for her first visit do Disney and a partial family vacation. This property was close to each of the parks, and centrally located right near a good size Main Street with plenty of shopping and food options. Being in central FL, we were also close enough to go to both Daytona beach and Tampa bay. Although the ocean waters were pretty cold since we and down in December, the heated pool option made all the difference in the world! Can’t really say anything negative about this property.

Needs major updating

When arriving at the house and walking in, it looked nice and clean. Although we noticed in the freezer there was a big sticky mess on the one shelf. After sweeping day one there was sand in rugs and underneath the table ( we never went to the beach) Also the oven barely works took over 45 minutes to get to 425. And was stuck at 405 most of that time. The tile on the floor in the kitchen is broken in multiple places, the wall of the bar/counter underneath is all tore up. The one outlet by the sink is falling out. They said there were tvs in every room which is false, and only the living room and master king rooms tv worked. There was no controller for the other king rooms tv. There was no tv in the twin bed room. Also in the master king room the tv box is just hanging from the tv which is very unsafe. In 2 of the bathrooms the shower handle to turn the water to hot and cold are backwards. The air hockey table in the game room barely works, and the cord is a tripping hazzard. Also in the master king room we couldnt use the glass door because the child alarm was falling off the door. And the alarm constantly would go off. I will say the place is convient to places in the area with a short driving distance for the places we needed while we were there. But this place needs fixed up cleaned more, and the listing needs to be updated.

Overrun by Ants

Upon initial arrival, the house was exactly as described. As we began to unpack, we noticed a large amount of ghost ants on the dining room table (in an open area next to the kitchen) and tiny red ants on the counter next to the stove. Upon further inspection we could see the remains of food pieces as well as dried on sugar on the countertop. We purchased some ant spray and cleaned up the areas we saw the ants and swept. When we woke up the next morning, we noticed the rest of the kitchen as well as outside on the patio table heavily infested and we immediately contacted the property manager. We went out for the day to enjoy Universal Studios and upon our return found two ant traps (1 on the table with the liquid from the trap smeared everywhere and 1 on the smallest section of the counter). We again saw the ants had relocated to other areas of the kitchen and determined we needed to clean up the entire kitchen and outdoor patio. Please note that at this point we had yet to eat/drink anything at the house as we had dinner out the previous night and spent the entire day at the theme park. In cleaning, we discovered a lot of food particles in the sink, in the dish drying rack where there were dishes we had not used, around the faucet, under the ledge, on the floor etc. We cleaned all of this in the hopes of addressing the ant problem which never went away. We were never able to sit at the dining room table and could only sparingly use the kitchen for entire 6 night stay.

Nice house, great location but....

The property is OK. Location is good. Cleanliness is poor. Upon arrival we found bugs (not bed bugs - possibly small ants?) in the master bedroom's bed. They were all over the bedding - sheets, blankets, pillows - EVERYTHING. We immediately called to report the issue and were told that maintenance would come spray. I explained that we needed new bedding for the couple who was sleeping in the room. The housekeeping supervisor came to the house. Upon inspecting the bed she told us there are sheets in the closet, go ahead and remake the bed yourself. Keep in mind these bugs were EVERYWHERE. Not just on the sheets. They were crawling all over the pillows, the blankets, everything. We called the property manager again and told them we need all new bedding for this room. They told us sorry housekeeping is gone for the day but "we will see what we can do". They NEVER returned our call and NO ONE from housekeeping came back. We were there for three nights. Maintenance did come spray for the bugs the following day but only in the room that they were reported in - which means the bugs escaped that room and began to infest the rest of the home. I understand that in Florida there are bugs but the property managers response to our issue was unacceptable. It left us with no bed for one couple for the entire weekend and nothing to completely remedy the infestation issue. Other than the bugs and poor customer service the property was as expected.

Great place to stay with family and friends

This home was beautiful inside and out. Pool and hot tub was as posted. This home is nice I will book again . I ran into some issues due to my fault and the owner worked with me nicely. Book if it’s available you will not be disappointed.

Very nice home

The place was very nice. The ice machine was frozen in the refrigerator, the floors were so filthy and sticky, we had to throw away a few pairs of socks as they didn’t come clean in the wash. I paid for the pool to be heated and it wasn’t until 4 days after we arrived. There is a booklet that you should read when you get there. I was emailing the owner but he was not answering. I didn’t realize there was a property management company we were supposed to call. Other than that the rest of the place was good

We had delays in our flight,it regarded to us missing two days of our stay.Walking into the house it was a beautiful home on the outside and walking into the home it was good.We all had arrived and picked our bedroom but after we had all settled in our beds walking into the twin room and seeing the room looked fine until We had tried to put a few things in the nightstand and noticed it was broken.The sheets were disgusting and had stains.The walls looked as if there were bugs smashed on the wall. All the sheets in each room had a very unclean smell as well as there was hair on the sheets and looking at the mattress pad it was like kids had slept with their parents and peed the bed.The shades were hard to open to the window.The furniture was very ran down.They did not allow us to use the pool and the grill without a fee.The owner did not answer until he was called from a apple phone.He barely communicated with us.I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Fabulous Christmas Vacation at Disney World

This home was wonderful. It was clean, incredibly spacious and located in a wonderful area close to Disney. My wife, our 2 adult children and our son’s girlfriend all loved it. It had everything we wanted. We spent most days in Disney and would relax in the jacuzzi tub at night! We loved it! Thanks again

Many broken floor tiles with pieces missing. Nice home but needs a detailed cleaning. Very out dated decor and furnishings. Utensils and pots had food residue from previous guests. Cupboards way too full of dishes. Advertised as luxury, executive home, midleading. Area was quiet and convenient. Had everything needed for a stay away from home.

Great rental!

We had such a great time at this rental! Plenty of space! The beds were all comfy! Property was located not far from a Walmart and other shops. We stayed with our 3 teens and 8 year old. No complaints from them, they all had a great time. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and anything you may need. The house was clean and the pool and spa were both amazing! If we travel to Orlando again we will definitely be booking this place again. The property owner was amazing in contacting us and the rental company was just as amazing!

OK for the money

This is a professionally run vacation rental that has clearly been rented many times over. Everything about it is average and not at "executive" level. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and toilet paper as only the bare minimum is provided. That being said, it was clean enough, comfortable enough, and conveniently located at a reasonble price. Just do not expect to be living in the lap of luxury here

Great house with a pool

Great house with plenty is room for 5-8 people. In a quiet neighborhood out from the main city. The location was such that it was easy to get to the interstate and the rest of greater Orlando area.

This property is actually a home away from home for us. It has that luxurious feel to it that makes you feel special. My wife and I really appreciate this home. We put effort in to make it feel as comfortable as possible, so our guest would feel the same way. As soon as you pass the front gates of the community it has the sensation of tranquility and safety. When you step in the home you get the sensation just to relax and enjoying the peace of mind it gives you.
