Named from the Polynesian word for “Greetings,” this elegant coastal retreat delivers a warm welcome from the moment you arrive. Located inside the private, gated Emerald Waters community, this upscale vacation rental is just a short walk to private beach access and offers resort-style amenities ideal for large families and multi-generational beach vacations.



With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 21 guests, Iorana II blends comfort, space, and timeless coastal charm—because the best beach memories are made together.



Open-Concept Living & Chef-Ready Kitchen: Step inside to a serene, light-filled living space featuring 10-foot ceilings, a large plush sofa, and two recliners—perfect for unwinding after a sun-filled day. The open layout flows effortlessly into a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, ample cabinetry, and two dishwashers (a true vacation luxury).

*This home only rents Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and Summer months.*  No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

*Weddings/Events – Are not permitted at this home due to the rules and regulations of the HOA.

*Tents/Canopies –are not permitted on the beach, per the HOA regulations.

*Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you are familiar with this area you know from past vacations that their popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! They also make shuttling services hassle-free for weddings or events. By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free! *Pool Heat— From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



*Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. *Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities:

Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar.

Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.



*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

With our offices open 7 days a week, it makes it easy to get in touch with us for all your vacation needs! Our office hours are 9am to 5pm central time. You can get in contact with us either by email or phone!



We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible! We want you to enjoy your vacation and stay with us and not delay any of your time!
