Newly constructed town home ideal for beach stay

This development of town homes is conveniently located on the Island with easy access coming on and off the Island as well as many Island amenities. Grocery stores and many shops are within a half mile.

The town home is the definition of classic seaside style. Coastal details include wood floors throughout, a classic, calming color scheme with comfortable furnishings. The front entry hallway features a washroom for convenience and two closets to hang items or kick off sandy shoes. The main level has an open living and kitchen space as well as a dining table to seat 6. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and beautiful deep sink, making for a pleasant cooking space. A small patio area is accessible from the living room with a bit of "green" space.

The second level features a master suite with King bed and small closet for storage as well as a full walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and floor space. The master bathroom has a spacious his and hers sink area, deep bath tub, shower, and separate restroom area with a door for privacy. On the same level are two additional bedrooms and one full bath. For your convenience the washer/dryer is also on this level.

You will also enjoy the outdoor patio and beautiful island summer nights overlooking plush greenery.

Minutes away from restaurants and activities and close to the beautiful Island beaches, this townhome has it all.

Nice condo.

Nice, clean, well kept condo! All bedrooms upstairs, AC was questionable upstairs. We had to keep the living room freezing to keep the upstairs partially cool. Other than the AC, we enjoyed the stay and we would stay there again.

Conference and vacation

Conference and vacation what is my purpose for coming to St. Simons Island. The townhouse was excellent. It was very clean and in a very safe neighborhood. All of my family enjoyed it we will stay again. Thank you.

Nice little home away from home!

We had a great vacation! Under 10 minutes (closer to 5 in most cases) from shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, and the beach. We recommend the coast guard station public beach access point...ample parking and good restroom facilities. Townhouse Experience: Excellent size townhouse, roomy and comfortable for our family of four. Plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Coffeemaker is a Keurig. Master bathtub is ample in size. Tons of closet space throughout with plenty of hangers. Living room was nice and roomy with plenty of space for kids to play with toys on the floor. A dresser would have been nice in the bedroom with two twin beds, but we just had that kid share the with sibling in the queen bedroom. Lots of towels available. Some misc. beach gear and rec equipment, but you will need your own beach chairs/tent/wagon. One bike in garage. The downstairs TV was a little on the fritz...the screen had a bluish cast and we weren't able to adjust the color to correct it. The Master bedroom TV was in perfect working order. We realized on our second night the AC was not working and followed directions to leave a message for after hours support. We didn't get a call that night, but got a call when the office opened in the AM that someone would be out to fix it that day. We went iin a dolphin tour and out for lunch and it was repaired by the time we returned. We visited the pool. It was nice for a quick swim, but is not a very large pool for kids to play and splash in, especially when other adults are lounging at the pool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Townhouse and Saint Simons Island. We look forward to a return trip!
