Great location

Great location. Close to the Da Vinci Science Museum and The Last Supper. Close to shopping and markets and a quick subway ride to the Duomo di Milano and the Galleria mall. Also very close to the station to catch the Malpensa Express train to the airport too. The 2nd bedroom actually has 4 single beds rather than a double which worked out even better for our family! Aldo is very helpful host.

Perfect Milan Apartment

Beautiful property in a perfect location - you can easily walk to many sites or hop on a tram or metro (which we often did because it was so hot). The apartment also has A/C, which is pretty rare in Milan and a real lifesaver during the unrelenting heat wave. A really nice bonus is that the apartment is equipped with everything you need, including food, drinks and shampoo etc. It's so nice after a travel day to land in a lovely home, with a snack and drink on hand! Last but not least, the owner was always available and lovely to deal with.

Had the best time in Milan and this apartment was just perfect. Excellent location for getting around and didn't take us long to get our bearings, and Metro only a 2 minute walk away. Apartment had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend.

Great Apartment for a Family

This apartment, right on the edge of the Milan congestion zone is comfortable and spacious. It is a 30 minute walk to the Duomo and to the Naviglio canal area. There are trams right outside that can get you there faster. It is quiet, although on a main road because of shutters and windows. All around there are restaurants and shops. Aldo was very helpful before and during our stay. Thoroughly recommend the apartment

Central location and homely feel

The apartment is really comfortable and welcoming. We felt at home. The kitchen is generously equipped including a wide range of consumables. The bathrooms too are well provided with consumables and plenty of towels etc. Plenty of blankets for the beds. The arrangements made for our arrival and entry were comprehensive and easy to follow even including a fall back procedure in case we were delayed travelling and arrived later then planned. Departure too was straightforward. The location is close to tram stops, Metro stations and Cordona Station for the Malpensa Express to/from the international airport. It is also close to attractions such as the Duomo, La Scala and the Nivigli precinct. We have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to other visitors. .

Fantastisch ‘authentiek’ appartement met goede ligging

Dit appartment, gelokaliseerd in een authentiek appartementen complex met besloten karakter, toegangspoort met ‘gardener’, en toegangshal met fraaie Italiaanse vloer en trap, is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor diverse wijken -inclusief centrum/Duomo- in Milaan. Met in totaal 5 vrienden hebben wij hier 3 nachten doorgebracht, waarbij ieder een eigen bed (er zijn 4 1-persoonsbedden en 1 2-persoonsbed) had en de (stille) airconditioning een fijne nachtrust waarborgde. Alle noodzakelijkheden waren in het appartement aanwezig, en een en ander was goed schoongemaakt. Openbaar vervoer was vlakbij, wij hebben met name op huurfietsen (BikeMe) gereden. Eigenaar Aldo is op verschillende manieren (mail, app) goed te bereiken en geeft ruimhartige tips. Dit appartement zou ik zo weer boeken en raad ik iedereen aan!

Aldo is a great host. He is also present if you need everything and wanted to do your stay as better as possible. The appartment is located in a very nice area. It is fully equipped with everything you need and ver big. I would for sure choose this appartment once again and recommend it to anyone. It is really good!!

The beds and linens were soooo comfortable, I slept like a baby!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in Milan for our maiden family trip to Italy. We found it to be impeccable. The owner, Aldo, met us and graciously took us through the property explaining the operation of everything. He had suggestions for touring, dinning and relaxing in this beautiful city. There wasn’t one thing that was not provided for in this well-appointed apartment…from snacks, to appliances, to mirrors, travel guides, menus, restaurants, etc. I could go on and on. Aldo thought of everything a traveler would require and had it available to us. I highly recommend this property to any traveler to Milan. The building itself is beautiful with an onsite security guard and within walking distance to everything. You won’t regret renting this gem of Milan!! Next trip…we will be staying here again. C. Beautiful and comfortable apartment

We had a marvelous stay and were warmly welcomed by Aldo! Aldo went out of his way to help us get oriented to his beautiful city and the centrally located accommodations of his very comfortable, roomy and well furnished apartment! The apartment is within walking distance of " The last supper", the train and subway system and the canal district! We had a great time! Thank you, Aldo!

Property was ideal and convenient to seeing The Duomo and The Last Supper along with good food near.

Property owner was extremely nice and helpful and made us feel welcome. He went beyond what was necessary to allow us the safety of parking in his courtyard and storing our luggage beyond check in hours. The apartment was within walking distance to the Piazza Duomo but in the heat of the day we opted for the convenient metro. We found reasonably priced good food and gelato nearby without going back toward the Piazzo Duomo. Again Aldo was a perfect host!

Great location, very comfortable & spacious!

We loved this place. Lots of little "extras" - Aldo was so friendly and helpful, explaining what to do nearby & where to eat. Easy walking distance to Il Duomo, "The Last Supper", and all of the other main sights. Conveniently close to the metro. I highly recommend it!!

Great apartment in a wonderful residential location!

We enjoyed our time in this quaint apartment! We chose this location because it was an easy walk to the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, where we had tickets to see "The Last Supper". The owner, Aldo, was wonderful to work with-very responsive, personable, and patient as we fine-tuned our itinerary. The apartment itself was terrific for our family of 6 and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to find a peaceful respite in a bustling city!

amazing modern apartment with authentic details

The apartment is very well decorated in a decent neighborhood and from walking distance of the city center. The spacious rooms are really nice and have original high ceilings. We stayed with 6 adults and had plenty of room and all imaginable facilities are available. The owner is friendly and will help you with reservations and things to do. He even has made up a list with all the recommended stores and sights. We can recommend this apartment to everyone especially because of the amazing price-quality. Do not forget to plan a day-trip to Lake Como (Varenna/Bellagio) in combination with the beautiful city of Milan.

Bellissimo appartamento pulito e ottimamente rifinito, dotato di ogni confort. Ottima la posizione da cui si poteva raggiungere sia il cuore della città (anche a piedi), che i vari punti di attrazione poichè le fermate degli autobus e della metro erano veramente a pochi passi. All'accoglienza abbiamo trovato cortesia e disponibilità oltre a un magnifico cesto con le piante aromatiche. Eravamo in sei e siamo stati benissimo, se dovessimo tornare a Milano non avremmo certamente dubbi sulla scelta. Rita, Pina ecc.

Great Stay in Milano! Best Apartment we ever had

The apartment is great! Spacious, very central located with the main trams around to reach the centre easily the EXPO and the river banks in the south! All what you need around in 5 min walking distance! Bakery, supermarket, Cafes, shopping... close to cultural highlights! The apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great kitchen with fresh flowers and fresh herbs! The owner and his help were very helpful and charing providing tips for a great stay! Just italian hospitality and we are germans saying this!! We were a family with 3 kids between 8-13. The AC in every room just super as outside traffic can be loud but therefore very central. i could park my car in a secure place with 24hrs access. The entry just great with staircases beautiful decorated...the kitchen great with all you need to cook and enjoy! We can really recommend to stay!! We will recommend the apartment to friends and when we go back to Milano we surely want to stay at Aldos place!! Just great!!! Tom and family from Germany staying one week...

Appartamento eccezionalmente arredato, pulitissimo ed accessoriato perfettamente con doppi vetri alle finestre ed aria condizionata. Centrale (a quindici minuti a piedi dal Duomo), fermata autobus e Metro sotto casa. Il Signor Aldo ci ha fatto trovare, oltre ai beni di prima necessità per cucinare (olio, sale, caffè ) anche uno splendido cesto di frutta fresca veramente apprezzato. Grazie ancora Mirella e famiglia (eravamo in 6 e siamo stati comodissimi!!!!!)

Magnifique appartement

Magnifique appartement flambant neuf dans un quartier résidentiel cossu de Milan. Je crois qu'on a été les premiers occupants après la rénovation complète de cet appartement chic et très spacieux. On peut aller au Duomo à pied en 20 mn et l'accès à l'expo Universelle se fait avec le métro en bas de l'immeuble en 20 mn. Aldo est un propriétaire fort sympathique et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. une adresse à garder pour visiter Milan.
