GETTING AROUND:
This home is located in the Peak 7 neighborhood. There is no shuttle service to this location, so guests can drive to the free BreckConnect gondola parking lot or go directly to the Peak 7/8 ski base areas.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. Parking is not allowed on the county road. If you need additional parking for more cars than what is allowed in the driveway, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

What to be aware of:
- The property is located in an area of Breckenridge that feels more remote. We highly recommend an AWD/4WD vehicle in the Winter and it may be essential when the conditions require.

Beautiful spacious mountain home in Breckenridge

We housed our extended family while we celebrated our daughters wedding close by. The house was very spacious and easily accommodated all of us -6 adults and 3 kids. The house was clean and well supplied with necessities. The kitchen and MB were beautifully appointed, and the other rooms were very nice and comfortable. We used the hot tub that was in good condition. We would have liked the decks to have been cleared of heavy snow, so that we could use them, but otherwise it was in very good shape. We were very happy with this rental.

The house was perfect in every way for our family vacation. Well appointed, clean and the most beautiful setting you can imagine. Host was very communicative and it felt like a luxury vacation! We'll be back

Nice Area and Quiet Setting

For the weekly rate of this unit, we expected more. The Zuma Property Managers will not return calls, only send messages via the VRBO app and are not timely. We showed up and they told us we had to buy firewood for the fireplace. Nice when you pay over $8K for a place and have to search around for some. We would have expected at least the indoor storage area to be stock with the first loads. The two mattresses on the main floor are awful, big sags in the middle. The basement level never got above 58f. There is a grill and hot tub but the decks hadn't been shoveled off in weeks so getting to the grill was a chore in itself. While it has a heated garage, don't plan on using it if you have anything longer than a car. A Suburban, Tahoe, Escalade, Expedition will not fit. Even some other SUV's will not fit. It looks a lot better on the website than it really is. The road from airport road to the unit is very dirty when the temps get above freezing making the vehicle unrecognizable after a week. Won't stay there again.
