Great apartment, awesome location

The apartment was great, with all amenities and was clean and large. The location is awesome, close to all the main attractions, convenience stores and gas stations are nearby as well. At the check in, they hard sell the timeshare deal and that was a bit annoying when you are tired at the end of a long drive and want to just get to your suite

Family vacation

The place was clean and had plenty of space for my family of four. The only downfall was that we had to make reservations for the hot tub so we never ended up using it. I understand they had this rule because of covid.

Amazing views from unit

We have never stayed with a timeshare property before. While we didn't like the pressure of attending a sales presentation, the unit really made up for it! We had the absolute best view from our unit (1121)! Better than we've ever had at another condo/resort. This unit was also very well stocked with all the kitchen equipment and whatnot. Amazing place for a great price!

Pictures did not match the room on the website. We felt the property was clean however, it was old and in dire need of upgrades. We also had a water leak from above unit, which maintenance had to be called. The room smelled musty. Another family in our group also experienced the same thing.

Dissatisfied

We had problems with this stay right from the start. We got in late from a flight from the East Coast and or asked to sign up for a timeshare tour when all we wanted to do was go to bed. We got to our place, two connected units, and one unit smelled horribly of pet urine which was there our entire stay. During our stay we had a broken dishwasher, broken thermostat, and loud children above us who jumped, ran, and made loud noises each day we were there. While the resort staff were very responsive and and tried to accommodate us, we were still unhappy with this lodging.
