Recently renovated one Bedroom Apartment, located in a Modern Building in the Cosmopolitan and Bohemian neighborhood of San Telmo.
The apartment has one bedroom with a Full Size Bed, AC and Heating System, with a good size Closet and acces to a private balcony.
Living Room with a sleeping couch, LCD TV. Kitchen Fully equipped with breakfast table.
There is Wi-Fi Internet Connection, Direct TV and also AC/ Heating System in the Living Room.
Full equipped bathroom.
I just installed a water heater in my apartment so I no longer depend to the central water heater of the building that was not reliable.
The apartment faces North-East so you'll get lots of sun light all day long, but don't worry, there are heavy black out curtains in the Bedroom.
It is super comfortable with everything you may need to feel at home.
It is located 2 blocks away from the San Juan Subway station and has accesibility to lots of buses that will connect you with other parts of the city.
