Very nice

Nice place. Had to find breaker switch to turn on hot water heater but no biggie. Would return. Great neighbors!

Nice place with canal view

Nice place. Deck boards and one sliding glass door needs maintenance but functional. Outdoor glass table in enclosed porch was very dirty. Disappointed that previous renters did not empty dishwasher, left dirty rags in washer, and outdoor garbage cans full of garbage. Put cans out for pickup but the garbage truck bypassed them. Luckily we didn’t have much garbage and we were able to fit into cans. Refrigerator was set on highest setting when we arrived and we didn’t realize the temperature until our produce in bottom drawer and eggs on shelf were frozen and had to be discarded.

Canal retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The location was excellent. The water was steps away from the house. I enjoyed the tranquil view. Would definitely go back & recommend.

Good but needs work

Pictures are overexposed. In reality not as bright. Would renovate/upgrade lighting, deck, and some of the furniture. Otherwise this subdivision is nicely located and has lots of amenities. House itself is probably average for this location.
