If you are looking for the perfect waterfront getaway this summer, this home is just the place for you! Located in Ocean Pines and a short drive to Ocean City, this home is sure to make the best vacation spot. Offering 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and an open floor plan.

On the home you will find a large eat-in kitchen and dining area, which opens to the spacious living area. You will also find a bath for guests and a laundry area. The master bedroom with a queen size bed and bath. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. You have access to the private screened porch from the family room.
The owner does not provide sheets or towels.
The owner does provide comforters and pillows.

If you are hoping for a vacation full of crabbing or fishing off your dock or just relaxing and soaking up the beautiful water views, this vacation getaway is perfect!

Memorial Day weekend

Great location in Ocean Pines lived the back screened in deck. Plenty of space for large groups. Only complaint was that the beds were a bit small for us but overall the property had what we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

Ocean Pines Getaway

Cute little home off a cove in Ocean Pines. So close to OC with plenty to do. Well stocked kitchen made dinners at home a breeze. Beach Pass for parking was such a bonus. Only change I would suggest would be having a swim membership because it could get pricey for a large family to use the pools daily.

Stayed here before! Had a great time! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy all the comforts of home. Nice to have the boat parked in the canal behind the house, to just jump in and go. I would recommend staying here.

Comfortable and Homey

This place was perfect for us...There were 5 of us staying at the house and we had plenty of room as the house is so spacious. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were great and the air conditioning was really powerful which we were grateful for after coming in from the heat! The location was great and close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The home has a grill which we used a few times and it was nice to be able to do laundry while we were there..Overall we loved it and would definitely return.

Just get away!

At arrival, walking into the home, we fell in love with it, the size and location. My Boston Terrier and Poodle got so excited, running around the home with their tails just a wagging. We enjoyed having two bathrooms and loved the smaller cozy living room where we spend hours relaxing and watching Netflix. Easter Monday we spend most of the day on the side deck sunbathing and listening to the birds. Casino and great seafood restaurants only a few miles away. Abi's diner has great pancakes. We will recommend this vacation getaway to everyone. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay.

Had a wonderful time in Ocean Pines

The property was MUCH larger than we thought it would be which was perfect for our group. The bunk beds worked out great for the four teens, the younger kid slept in the living room on the futon and adults in the other beds. The back porch and dock were great, as we had perfect weather the entire time. House is well stocked, oven works well, coffee pot is good, and the ability to bring our dogs made life SO much easier. The dogs loved this house. Don't forget to bring your dog's bed when you come, there is plenty of room for it and they loved having their beds from home on Vacation. Plenty of places to walk them too. Would definitely rent here again. Read the guest book, it's a hoot.

The house itself and location is gorgeous and convenient, however trying to book the house and arriving to the house was not okay. The owners have an age set at 21 for renting, I and everyone in the house besides my child was well over 21, however the owner had an issue with us being “young” and “destroying” and leaving the house a “mess”. The first hour after arriving I physically had to clean the place myself, chip crumbs were everywhere along with dead bugs on the floor and dog hair. The owner confirmed a cleaning service came around, but the house was not clean. The house is also poorly staged for a rental, personally I have never used VRBO, this house didn’t provide sheets, hand soap, paper towels, or toilet paper. The only thing clearly stated is no sheets during booking.

A beginning problem

The property was fine and totally met our needs. However, before booking I had asked for an early check-in time. The owner agreed twice in writing that we could arrive at 10 am. In the few weeks before we arrived the owner had booked another party just before our stay and never communicated that with us. When we arrived at 10:15 am this party was still at the home. They did not leave until about 10:40. The cleaning lady had to wait for them to leave. When I texted the owner with our problem, she responded "I booked another party. I am sorry. There is a park nearby." Since we have a dog, we needed to entertain her for 4 hours until the home was ready for us. Our two day vacation was thus shortened by 4 hours. It was disappointing.

Great location to see the entire area. The screened in porch with the view of the inlet was amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. Really appreciate being able to have our dogs with us. Host is very responsive!

Ocean Pines is a wonderful community. So close to Berlin and Ocean City. Great house. Beautiful screened in back porch overlooking the water. Quiet neighborhood. So much room. This house is such a pleasure to stay in.

Big enough for lots of people. great space. lots of yard. love the extra amenities that were there for us to have a great movie night. Loved the bunny that welcomed us and showed up all weekend. Had enough cookware to make any dish. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Thank you very much for the rental, very affordable. Owners were very kind and and forthcoming with any concern or question we had. Thank you so much we will keep you in mind for our next vacation.
