Completely renovated in 2014, simple and neat decor, 400 m2 garden for relaxing, playing with the children or having a good barbecue. Well located near the city center, the market and the beach, you can do everything on foot to visit Dinard and even go to St Malo with the sea bus. Living room of 16.50m2, kitchen of 13.50m2, making a total of 30m2 for this living room, newly furnished for convivial moments: bar, large sofa, etc. 13m2 bedrooms with parquet floors. New kitchen and equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge with freezing compartment, toaster, flat screen TV.
Linens provided for an additional 40 euros.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in fußläufiger Entfernung zu mehreren Stränden und zur Innenstadt von Dinard. Unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Ruhige Lage. Gute Ausstattung, sowohl in der Küche als auch viele unterschiedliche Gartenmöbel. Parken war problemlos in den Straßen in direkter Nähe des Hauses möglich. Es gab praktischerweise 2 Paar Schlüssel, was wir als Familie mit 4 Personen besonders zu schätzen wussten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Nous avons trouvé le logement conforme à la description. Accueil personnalisé et conseils très appréciables. Le jardin est très agréable et la maison est idéalement située pour profiter de Dinard (plages et centre ville) sans avoir besoin de voiture. Le quartier est vraiment très calme.

Excellent séjour à Dinard

Maison idéalement située à Dinard, à proximité de la plage du Prieuré et des commerces tout en offrant des possibilités de stationnement gratuit. Le voisinage était très calme durant notre séjour au cours duquel nous avons pu nous reposer et profiter du charme de la cote d'émeraude. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons aime cette maison tres calme et proche des commerces..on s’y sent bien car les pieces sont de bonne dimension rien a voir avec certains logements de vacances qui sont exigus et entassés...

Great house in central Dinard

The main benefit of this property is the location. Two beaches are within comfortable walking distance and the house is really in the centre of town. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby but the road itself is a very quiet cul-de-sac. It is also a short walk to the St. Malo pedestrian ferry. The house has 2 large bedrooms and a brand new open plan kitchen dinner all on the 1st floor. There is a washing machine in the basement and a large rear garden. The drive of the property is too small for modern cars but there is free parking immediately outside on the road and there was space every day. We would recommend this property for anyone wanting to explore Dinard and St. Malo.

Le calme en bord de mer

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison qui est proche du coeur de la ville tout en étant au calme. Le jardin est spacieux, les chocolats de Pâques ont été durs à trouver. Un grand merci pour l'accueil et pour la 2ème chaise haute qui nous a bien aidé avec nos jumeaux. La literie est très confortable. Bref très cosy.

Maison parfait

Tres belle maison avec un grand jardin avec des fleurs et meubles jardin. Situation calme est tres joli. 10 minutes pour marcher en ville et à la plage. Maison tres bien decoré avec des grands lits agreables. Nous avons passés des vacances magnifiques et on va definitivement revenir. Les proprietaires sont très symphatiques.
