Amazing stay, amazing host!

Good location, Manuel is super nice, he made a book with maps and all the popular things to visit, the appartement is very clean and the bed is comfortable!

Pleasant apartment in a good location

The apartment was recently renovated and the location is fairly quiet. The landlord was extremely helpful when we had a small problem. There's enough space and kitchen equipment for three people, but the bathroom has very limited surfaces to put things on, so it's not possible to properly unpack a washbag. Note that the raised single bed is not separated from the rest of the apartment (and in fact looks down onto the double bed), which could be a problem if a child is supposed to go to sleep while the parents are still awake.

Imcapié 2 aspectos. Limpieza y ropa de cama. Limpieza, se nota se hace muy por encima. La bayeta y estropajo de cocina era OBLIGATORIO cambiar, deteriorados y gastados, de pena, hemos comprado y dejado el resto del pack de cada uno. El baño, incorrecta limpieza, mal lavado. Hemos comprado lejía para asear. La ropa de cama, las almohadas tenían olor a humanidad, un nórdico de tacto horrible. El colchón, ESTUPENDO, lo único de hacer notar. La alfombra salón sucia, cojines sofá mal olor.

Infelizmente nunca é possivel agradar a todas as pessoas da mesma forma, de qualquer forma os seus comentários sobre a limpeza são incorretos e falsos, basta para tal verificar todas as avaliações anteriores. É fácil criticar mas não comentou o valor da estadia, o qual foi bastante em conta, já que se trata do mês de Agosto, porque será?

Logement très bien situé avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour sur Porto. Très peu de bruit de circulation pour un logement en plein centre, c'est plus les mouettes qui sont agaçantes la nuit car elles se posent aux fenêtres mais avec des bouchons d'oreille ça se gère.

Pulita e confortevole

La casa di Manuel è molto curata e pulita. Tutti i confort, unico neo terzo piano senza ascensore ma per noi non è stato un problema. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla metro Bolbão, Mercato di Bolhão, Rue de S. Catarina, Capela das Almas di S. Catarina e un centro shopping con tanti ristorantini. Consigliatissimo.

A propriedade é confortável e a localização é fantástica! O espaço tem uma decoração agradável. O senhorio é simpático. É uma propriedade que recomendo. O acesso à cama suplente é um pouco difícil e exíguo.

Appartement impeccable, très bien situé pour visiter Porto à pied. Accueil charmant

Appartement soigné au dernier étage dans la rue parallèle de l'axe commerçant. Rue calme mais à la circulation dense. Liaison directe depuis l'aéroport, à 150 m de la station de métro. Situation idéale pour visiter Porto, tout est faisable à pied pour les courageux. Manuel a pris le temps de nous informer des incontournables à visiter, des endroits où manger ...ce qui nous a permis de faire du tourisme tout en nous mêlant à la vie locale. Séjour très réussi.

tout parfait!!

Nous étions 2; l'appartement est très confortable, literie du grand lit extra avec beaux draps et serviettes de toilette qui sentent bon! Cet appartement est neuf et super propre, tout y est et en plus avec un bon accueil fait par Manuel, très charmant. La mezzanine n'est peut-être pas pour jeunes enfants ou personnes âgées, car c'est du sport pour en descendre! Ce logement est très bien situé, 2mn d'un super moderne et grand centre commercial mais surtout à 10/15mn des points touristiques. Attention, au 3ème sans ascenseur, mais la cage d'escalier est tellement belle que ça passe bien! Ligne directe du métro pour l’aéroport à 5mn à peine (puis 30mn de métro). Ville magique et portugais bienveillants, nous reviendrons encore, et je vous le conseille vivement!

Un apartamento fantástico y muy limpio

Todo muy limpio, espacios muy bien aprovechados, muy luminoso y muy nuevo. Manuel muy amable nos dio unas recomendaciones sobre que visitar, donde comer y como movernos, fueron de gran utilidad. Está muy cerca del centro, en un lugar muy tranquilo. Parking de pago muy cerca, ya que en la calle era difícil encontrar sitio. Desde el apartamento puedes desplazarte andando a todos los lugares de interés. És un tercero sin ascensor, però una escalera muy amplia y luminosa, no supone ningún problema.

Belle surprise

C'était une belle surprise : appartement entièrement rénové, propre, bien équipé, idéalement situé, dans une rue plutôt calme, parallèle à la rue commerçante Sainte Catherine. Le nécessaire est à quelques mètres : la station de métro, le marché traditionnel de Bohlao, les restaurants, le centre commercial... et le reste est à faire à pied, en bus ou en métro selon l'envie et les jambes. L'avantage est que l'appartement est situé dans les hauteurs de Porto, donc on peut descendre tranquillement à pied jusqu'au Douro et remonter en métro (A savoir : l'appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur). Manuel, le propriétaire, a bien pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous indiquer les informations pratiques de sa ville ainsi que les meilleurs endroits pour manger ou passer une soirée. Merci encore pour ces conseils utiles. Nous reviendrons surement dans cette ville où il fait bon vivre. PS : Nous étions deux, s'il est vrai qu'il y a suffisamment de couchage pour 5 personnes, il faut savoir qu'à part la salle de bain, aucune autre cloison n'est fermée. Ce qui peut ne pas être forcément gênant dans la mesure où les espaces sont bien déterminés.
