Thank you for viewing our listing of the Big Boat Hotel. Listed here is a classic and clean 40 Ft cabin cruiser boat hotel. The boat is equipped with two bedrooms, two pull out couches, working toilet, small kitchen with fridge, air conditioning and more! We like to think of this adventure almost as if its like RV-ing on water.This adventure is fun for everyone and we hope you choose to book with us!

We also offer sailing, eco, and fishing tours. Just ask!

Staying in a boat is just like camping on the water. With all the marina amenities at your fingertips too. Including bar and grill on site, live music, lots of parking, etc. We welcome everyone to take a try at marina life!

Our marina is cut straight out of a Hemingway Novel and the proximity to local attractions like the beach are unmatchable at any other marina location in the area. Its truly a unique one of a kind experience here.

The Boat was very outdated nothing worked on the boat we decided not stay the owner was very inconsiderate and uncompassionate

The manager overbooked the property. We were bumped.

The manager overbooked the property and didn't contact us until the day we were planning on getting there to let us know that it wasn't available! Then still charged us even though the property wasn't available! We are disputing this.

Not clean. Glad we had not planned on staying several days and brought food. Freezer part of frig was nearly full of frost. Old open box of popsicles (I think) in the freezer. Some other food items in frig. Toilet room floor was wet and had a large fan in it to, I guess, try to dry it - not sure if it was water or ? Gallery was cluttered. No internet - when I texted the owner, he provided the login name and password. The login name did not appear in iphone list of networks. His text further said, reception is "flakey in the boat. If you really need reception come closer to the restaurant." So I guess the boat doesn't have its own router - they use the restaurant at the marina. Should not advertise that features include wireless internet. The owner said his wife just had a baby so we give you some slack for that. On plus side, it is a nice marina, good restaurants, close to activity and beach.

This property was cozy and a perfect stay in a perfect location. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the local people and sight-seeing opportunities. The owner and his family are super nice and helpful. It is close to everything. There is something going all the time. Would highly recommend this experience.
