A small terrace overlooks the seaside promenade where all the tourist activity takes place, with its cafes, restaurants, shops, small night market, ice cream parlors ... And various activities in the heart of the city. Having breakfast is very pleasant
Upstairs are two magnificent bedrooms, one with a sea view of the Saint Tropez golf course and two large windows.
In the bedrooms double beds including a queen size. The bedding is new, very good quality. Large walk-in closets are available in the bedrooms with hangers. The rooms are very warm and bright, equipped with televisions. In the bedrooms sheets, duvets ... are provided
The bathroom has a large Italian shower with its welcome products, towels and hairdryer.
The apartment is modern, very bright design with its large picture window in the living room, its large tv screen, it is equipped with reversible air conditioning, with double glazed windows. It’s a very pleasant apartment where you feel like you are at home.
Its location is ideal, close to public transport buses as well as the sea shuttles which provide connections to St Tropez, and all the small ports of the Golf. Located in the heart of the seaside promenade, next to the beaches, the port, a Casino Barrière, an indoor market and beach restaurants, Everything can be done on foot
In terms of activities you can do: Golf, sailing school, scuba diving, jet ski, boat rental, horse riding, parasailing, hiking, idleness ... Discotheque, bars with musicians.

Lovely clean, perfectly located apartment. Everything you could need in the apartment. Extremely welcoming and helpful property manager. Car parking is added bonus.
Very nice apartment on busy promenade underneath restaurants and shops. Overlooking the beach in the town. Clean and comfortable apartment nicely furnished everything you need. Had a lovely holiday and would recommend to anyone.
Cannot rave enough about Martin Alexandre and his team. All three of them were friendly, caring, responsive and tremendously helpful. The property was clean and comfortable and well-maintained. A wonderful stay!
What amazing little town. The location of this VRBO is absolutely perfect for pedestrians. Walk to everything in the town and to the boat for St Tropez. Perfect size to cook in or plenty of restaurants within 2 min walk to eat out. Easy check in and Ingrid is wonderful
Great apartment off the promenade in Sainte Maxine. Spacious and convenient. Hosts sister met us to give us the keys and met us at checkout. Recommend this gem for your rental needs.

Beyond a doubt, location was excellent. Check in/out perfect and pleasant. But description is misleading. There is no elevator and there are two LONG staircases (1st from street level to LR & 2nd from LR to BR level.) Not for those who can’t handle stairs or with luggage. Plus large step up in shower. Bathroom was too dark. Also, apt was dirty. There were gnats all over the kitchen and closet shelves coated in dust. The mattress sagged completely on the left side. Bedding was just ok. Very tired furniture throughout.
Location bellissima in centro. Casa funzionale e ottima comunicazione e assistenza. Parcheggio privato comodissimo e direi indispensabile nel periodo estivo.

Schöne Aussicht, aber laut – für Ruhesuchende nicht geeignet
Wir haben die Unterkunft ende Mai für drei Nächte gebucht. Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht so erholsam, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten.Am ersten Tag war die Klimaanlage defekt, was gerade bei den Temperaturen sehr unangenehm war. Erst am zweiten Tag wurde dies behoben. Auch die Sauberkeit der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig – der Kühlschrank klebte, der Backofen war verschmutzt und auch der Boden war nicht sauber.Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns stark beeinträchtigt hat: Direkt unter dem Apartment befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und Bars, von denen zwei bis tief in die Nacht (täglich bis 2:30 Uhr) sehr laut waren. Dadurch war an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken. Dies war im Inserat nicht erwähnt. Für junge Leute, die gerne feiern, mag die Lage ideal sein, für Familien oder Gäste, die Ruhe suchen, ist sie jedoch aus unserer Sicht nicht geeignet.Positiv hervorzuheben ist der schöne Blick auf das Meer sowie die gute Anbindung, z. B. nach Saint-Tropez. Dennoch haben wir uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir nach der zweiten Nacht abgereist sind.Schade war auch, dass weder seitens des Anbieters noch über FeWo-direkt eine kulante Lösung gefunden wurde. Wir hatten um eine Erstattung der nicht genutzten Nacht gebeten, doch unser Anliegen wurde trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage seitens FeWo-direkt leider nicht weiterverfolgt.Insgesamt: Wer Party-Nähe und Ausgeh-Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Ruhe und Sauberkeit erwartet, sollte sich eventuell nach einer Alternative umsehen.

Sehr schöne kleine Stadtvilla! Ideal und zentral gelegen!
Es handelt sich hier genau genommen um eine kleine 2-stöckige Stadtvilla, die ideal im Zentrum liegt! Geschäfte und Lebensmittelmärkte sind in wenigen Gehminuten problemlos erreichbar. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genau so wie auf den Bildern. Einziger Nachteil ist: Vom unteren Stockwerk mit Wohnzimmer und Balkon hat man keinen Blick auf das Meer und den Golf von St. Tropez, weil Bäume die Sicht komplett versperren! Man kann zwar ein bischen Wasser sehen, aber das ist nicht der Rede wert. Man hat direkten Blick auf einen kleinen Stadtpark, in dem sehr viel Boule gespielt wird. Im oberen Stockwerk hat man aus dem Schlafzimmer zur Strasse hin einen Blick auf die andere Küstenseite, jedoch kann man auch hier den Golf von St. Tropez und das Meer nicht wirklich gut sehen, weil die Bäume im Stadtpark gegenüber die Sicht verhindern.
Der kostenlose Privat-Parkplatz ist 500m zu Fuss entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist im Freien (also keine Garage) und groß genug für einen kleinen und mittleren SUV. Ein großer SUV könnte wahrscheinlich nicht mehr parken. Je nachdem, wie das Auto auf dem Nachbarparkplatz geparkt ist und auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite geparkt wird, könnte ein Wegfahren - je nach Größe des Autos - nicht möglich sein, oder mit sehr großen Schwierigkeiten beim Ein- und Ausparken verbunden sein.
Wr had a super stay, neat appartment and good communication all round. Only disadvantage was the very loud music at the dtage right in the city center untill around 02:00 in the morning. We do think this will only be the case in August.

Best voor 2 personen ( badkamer is iets te klein voor meer dan 2)
jLocatie is perfect. Bakker,traiteur,restaurants,brasserie,markt met grootwarenhuis,beenhouwer...op 60 meter.
Vooral ook : strand en zee overkant baan.
Veel activiteit maar prima isolatie. Internet en airco perfect.. TV in living en in iedere slaapkamer.
C'est déjà la 2e fois que nous avons loué ce duplex. On apprécie énormément la situation directement vis-à-vis de la mer et du boulodrôme. La liberté de pouvoir accéder à la plâge en 2 min. à pied est un atout majeur! Le duplex en lui même est bien équipé et lumineux. Parfait pour nous!
