- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). - The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. - The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, creamer and sugar. - Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage. - There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place. - There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Please plan accordingly. An elevator is on site and two stairwells are accessible. Check in instructions will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival at 4pm CST.

Loved this condo. Very clean, easy to find and a great location. Parked the vehicle and walked everywhere. The neighborhood is very clean and has some great restaurants when you are finished with Broadway. Wonderful host who answers quickly. There are trains running nearby so occasional whistles. Thank you for a great visit.
We stayed at the condo for 4 nights. We were very comfortable, had what we needed, and we were able to walk to many places. It was perfect for a small family gathering. I would stay here again!
We had a great stay at this condo! Close to downtown. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room. We felt safe walking to/from downtown. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.
Everything was in great shape. Helped us with an early check-in so that we could be on time for the football game. Accommodating… and walking distance to Broadway. Jonathon’s next-door was a good restaurant.
Nice place, perfect for 2 couples. Location is great for walking to Broadway. Several bars and restaurants in the neighborhood as well. Would definitely recommend!
