Newly renovated T2 apartment of 34m2 located in the heart of the Alpe d'Huez.

The apartment is located in the heart of the resort in the BelOisans 1 residence, five minutes from avenue des Jeux (shops, heated swimming pool and ice rink) and two minutes from the slopes, the children's chalet and ski lessons IS F. Easy parking in the parking lot of the residence. Possibility to rent bed linen, bathroom linen and umbrella beds.
The apartment has been recently renovated. It has a separate bedroom, an alcove and many closets. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
For the summer, the apartment is located near the avenue du Rif Nel which hosts the arrival of the Tour de France and mountain bike departures.

What a great apartment, it is only 100m from the nursery slopes so no need for shuttle bus. Communication with Stephanie was quick as we had to change the booking a few times, and Eric the concierge was clear how to access the apartment as we were very late arriving due to the holiday traffic - 3hrs from Grenoble! The apartment itself is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children ,it has everything you need including a washing machine which is so handy for ski stuff! 5 mins walk to town for bread and the bars, apartment is in the quieter part of town which is great. I would not hesitate to rent here again. Thanks Stephanie!

Zijn een kleine week geweest voor het beklimmen van de alpe d’Huez en het verblijf was top! Appartement was heel schoon! Het is niet groot maar groot genoeg voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Het terrasje is in de zomer ook lekker om even buiten te zitten! Het uitzicht is prachtig. Kortom als we nog een keer naar de alpe gaan zullen we zeker dit appartement weer boeken!

Inchecken en communicatie

Bij aankomst geen ontvangst, voordeur van appartementencomplex zat op slot. Iemand(?) uit de buurt blijkt een sleutel te hebben en opent de deur. Vervolgens na terugkomst tot 2 keer toe opnieuw de voordeur op slot. Door wie? We hebben alleen sleutel van appartement maar niet van de voordeur. De conciërge alleen te bereiken via sms en heeft ook geen sleutel van voordeur. Al met al een slechte ervaring.

séjour trÚs agréable dans un appartement bien situé

L'appartement est à la fois trÚs proche des pistes et du centre. Propre en trÚs bon état et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont adorables et à l'écoute des vacanciers que nous étions! En plus la neige était au rendez-vous. Les enfants étaient ravis aussi.

La location est de bonne taille, trĂšs bien situĂ©e au pied des pistes. L'appartement Ă©tait parfaitement propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Peut-ĂȘtre un petit bĂ©mol concernant l'Ă©quipement de la maison (un appareil Ă  raclette aurait par exemple Ă©tĂ© le bienvenu...). Nous y serions retournĂ© avec plaisir si le prix de la location n'avait pas autant augmentĂ© en un an. Merci pour ce sĂ©jour.
