It provides very flexible accommodation, spread over four floors. It has two balconies, one leading from the main bedroom and one from the 3rd bedroom, overlooking the beautiful sea, and the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. It has a spacious 8m heated pool to 28 degrees, with ample space for sun loungers, and a barbecue area. An outside covered terrace, with a dining area seating 6, leads from the main lounge, and overlooks the pool and sea.
You can walk to all amenities including the shopping centre of El Campanario, the centre of Corralejo and the harbour. A further short walk along the beach takes you to Coco Beach, a lovely large sandy beach. A mere 5 minute drive takes you to the extensive sand dune beach called Grandes Playas, or why not hire a bicycle and cycle there?

Why they chose this property
We have spent several holidays in Corralejo at different times of the year and love the temperature, and the people of Corralejo, who are very easy going. We love the beach, cycling, walking and all the water sports such as surfing, wind surfing, fishing and the water park. The sea is beautiful and warm. The restaurants and their owners are very friendly with a good variety on the menu and a great ambiance.
What makes this property unique
The Villa has plenty of space, and is in a great location, being quiet and accessible to all amenities. It is positioned on the second row back from the beach, giving privacy, although it is only 50 metres to the front. The heated pool is a considerable size for a private villa.
