Beautiful terrace well-exposed overlooking a garden with garden furniture and Charcoal BBQ.
Pets not allowed.

END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €150 / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
A deposit for accommodation (€800) and a cleaning deposit (€150) will be requested upon arrival by credit card imprint (not debited) or cheque.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette belle maison landaise. Les extérieurs de la maison sont spacieux et agréables, pas de vis à vis. La maison est très bien située, proche à pieds du lac marin, du centre de vieux boucau et de l’océan. Le gros point d’amélioration est sur l’intérieur et les équipements de la maison qui sont d’époque et assez vieillot, et pourraient être plus fonctionnels. La literie des deux chambres situées sur la mezzanine mériteraient d’être remplacés (matelas et oreillers).
