2 minutes from the beaches, an exceptional location, very very quiet, for this cottage 4 people on 450m2 of wooded grounds, in the heart of the pine forest, in the Residence Golf Ocean with swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, track bike and pedestrian access leading you to the beach, shops, golf, restaurants, ice cream parlors, entertainment, equestrian center, hooked branch etc ..... bike rental possibilities near the residence, the beach 10 minutes by bike.
The villa has two terraces, one facing south west with awning without opposite, where you can spend moments of conviviality and intimacy, and the second is very popular also. . Large windows give the impression of an 'outside in' exceptional '.... plancha gas, garden table and chairs, loungers. Two single rooms on the ground floor one with (1lit 140) the other with (2 beds 90), Dressing Salon 5places with sofa, TV, HI-FI, Internet, bathroom, separate toilet. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster ........ All newly renovated.
This cottage with wooded land, private parking space is located in the heart of a residential pine forest, its privileged location will guarantee you peace and quiet.

The residence is located in a quiet and wooded environment in the middle of the pines which ensure pleasant holidays, next to the famous Golf de Moliets and ideally located 2 minutes from two sandy beaches which are served by a free SHUTTLE that goes - back all day giving autonomy to the whole family.

The bike paths start from the Residence for your sports trips, to get the bread and do your shopping in the center of the village (900m) and supermarkets ....

Séjour parfait au calme sous les pins

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans cette location. L'emplacement est parfait, le logement est fonctionnel et joliment décoré avec un extérieur vraiment très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben sehr schöne drei Wochen in dem Haus verlebt. Chantal kümmert sich sofort wenn etwas ist. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für die laute Animation die fast jeden Abend zu hören ist. Nicht super laut aber halt jeden Abend. Sonst alles super!

schöne Bleibe unter Pinien

Integriert in ein Feriendorf befindet sich die Haushälfte mit schöner privater /blickdichter Veranda/Terrasse rund ums Haus und vielen verschiedenen Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten. Leider bekommt man die Nachbarn vom Haus unterhalb mit, da der Wind Geräusche und Gerüche entsprechend transportiert. Die Küche ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet, die vorhandenen technischen Geräte lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig und der Außengrill ist toll. Interessanterweise muss man für Handtücher, Spültabs, Waschmittel und Klopapier selber sorgen. Chantal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns nett betreut. Der Pool der Anlage ist wohl erst zur Frz. Ferienzeit offen und das Meer ist ca. 1/2 Std zu Fuß weit weg. Fazit: Sehr schön in der Vorsaison, dann ist es (relativ) ruhig und man hat sein kleines Refugium.

Pour les amateurs de tranquillité. Beau cottage rénové et parfaitement équipé dans une résidence au cœur de la pinède, à deux coups de pédales en vélo du golf de Moliets-et-Maa, des pistes cyclables et de 2 belles plages.Ideal pour des vacances en famille.Toutes les commodites, commerces, restos, activités sportives sont à proximité. 2 grandes terrasses à l abri des regards permettent de jouer avec le soleil au gré de vos envies, de belles soirées vous attendront autour de la plancha. La piscine est un gros plus également. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire, très pro. De vrais bonnes vacances que nous réiterons souvent dans ce lieu en différentes saisons.

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa pour deux semaines en août 2017. Nous avons passé de bons moments au milieu des pins au calme. Tout est accessible en vélos. La villa a été refaite entièrement. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

QUEL BEAU SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce cottage, parfaitement équipé, au calme dans la pinéde. Les deux terrasses bien exposées sont un plus, le hamac, la piscine de la résidence à 2minutes et la plage à vélo. Tout était parfait.

Ce cottage est charmant. l'environnement est exceptionnel au calme dans la pinede. le cottage et les exterieurs sont tres bien entretenus. l'absence de vis à vis et la vegetation des atouts supplementaires. quant a la plancha c'est juste la cerise sur le gateau. merci pour l'acccueil et les documentations . nous ne pensons qu' à revenir !

UN SÉJOUR MAGNIFIQUE

Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Le cottage est entièrement rénové. Décoré avec goût, parfaitement équipé dans une résidence au cœur de la pinède. Proche du golf de Moliets et Maa, de deux belles plages et des pistes cyclables en accés direct au pied de la résidence. Deux grandes terrasses á l'abri des regards et au calme. La piscine venant juste d'ouvrir (suite á une rénovation) est un vrai plus. La convivialité, l'intimité et la situation font de cette location une valeur sûre. Á refaire

Très beau Cottage de vacances au calme

Pour les amateurs de tranquillité. Beau cottage rénové et parfaitement équipé dans une résidence au cœur de la pinède, a 2 coups de pédales en vélo du Golf de Moliet, des pistes cyclables et de 2 belles plages > idéal pour des vacances en famille (sportives ou reposantes). Toutes les commodités -commerces- - restos- clubs sportifs sont à proximité. 2 grandes terrasses à l'abri des regards permettent de jouer avec le soleil au gré de vos envies, de belles soirées vous attendront autour de la plancha. Seul petit bémol: dommage que la piscine de la résidence Golf Océan fut fermée pour travaux. A noter le super accueil de Chantal, très pro , merci de vraies bonnes vacances avec nos 2 ados.
