Just a few minutes drive to Jack Frost, Big Boulder Ski area, Kalahari, amazing hiking, fishing and many more attractions. Bring your Boat and launch at Beltzville Lake just a 20 min drive.

MAIN FLOOR: has a cozy living room with gas burning fireplace , 50' smart TV along with large custom windows, formal dining area which opens up to modern kitchen and a huge deck in the backyard with a hot tub facing a serene view of the backyard. The main floor also includes a full bath, 1st bedroom with a king bed with 32' LED TV (ROKU) and a 2nd bedroom with queen bed. .Premier audio speaker system throughout Living Room, Dining and Kitchen and separate speaker system in the game Room.

SECOND FLOOR: Grand and spacious primary bedroom features comfortable king bed, attached full bath, vaulted ceilings and 32'' LED TV. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs one with a queen bed and another that has a queen bed and a bunk bed (two twins). The bunk room is Wilderness themed complete with a stargazing projector and tee-pee tent. Full hallway bathroom is common.

LOWER LEVEL:has a queen pull out sleeper sofa and game room that includes a classic pocket pool table with a ping pong table conversion, X-box, vintage golf-tee video game, Air Hockey, Basketball double shot, and Foosball table. You can relax and watch Movies on the 60' LED TV in front of the electric fireplace. There is fun to be had by everyone in the Game Room. High Speed WiFi connection exist throughout the entire house.

OUTDOOR SPACE: large deck out back has ample seating and includes a semi private luxury hot tub open all year round. This is the perfect place to unwind and star gaze at night.

Lake Towamensing is the private community lake and is one of the cleanest and well regulated lakes in the Pocono Mountains. You can enjoy four season activities in our spacious and well appointed home that’s fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. It is a well cared for home and not a full time rental. We only rent to families, their extended families, and friends who are looking for a memorable escape. We do not rent to people under the age of twenty-five. If you're looking for a very clean, exclusive home with a lot of custom features, close to all things that make a trip to the mountains worthwhile, then search no more.

Our house is located just a 5 min easy stroll to Towamensing Lake, private beach, and Lake view Swimming Pool - which is adjacent to Towamensing Trails’ Restaurant/Club and snack bar (no alcohol served). There are kayak and paddleboat rentals but no personal water crafts allowed.
The community requires badges to use the amenities. These are provided to you upon your arrival. Children ages six (6) and under do not require badges. There are 8 badges included in the rental. There are day passes available to purchase at a cost of $10 per person for one day amenity access. If you need more than the 8 badges provided with the rental they can be purchased at the boat rental stand located at the lake beach area, cash only, no large bills. All 8 badges need to be returned upon departure. There is a $100 charge if badges are not all returned. Pool and beach hours are 11am-6pm. (subject to change per the community)

If you are staying during the summertime bring beach towels, chairs and umbrella. They do not provide them or rent them at the beach or pool area. Owner has no control over community closings. Guest to provide each vehicle license info for community passes and sign lease/disclosures.

The pool and lake beach are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Weekends only until fathers day weekend than open full time.

There is a swimming lake at Hickory Run State Park; it has a free beach for swimming and there are several streams for fishing enthusiasts. Hickory Run is just 8-minutes from the Trails. Be Sure To Check Our Home Visitors Guide Located In the living room
When You Arrive. Parking for up to 7 vehicles. Towel sets for 12 guests provided. Please advise if additional are needed. The community amenities are open weekends only from Memorial Day to Father's day. Then open all week until Labor day.
Guest to provide each vehicle license info for community passes and sign lease/disclosures.

Pet Policy - Max two dogs under 50 pounds allowed. Pet fee is $100 per stay. Dogs must be housebroken, no puppies (must be at least a year). Dogs must be leashed at all times outside of the house. Guests must clean up and dispose of all dog "potty breaks". Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.
