Downtown Jim Thorpe has a variety of restaurants, shops and the famous Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway. You can also visit the Old Jail Museum. Just a half a mile away on 903 you can enjoy Pocono White Water Rafting. You will love this recently renovated five-bedroom spacious home with 11 beds and three full bathrooms. The cabin also features 3 separate living quarters allowing for space between family and friends to relax and unwind. Flexible check-in/check-out when available.

Amenities include a sauna, fire pit, spacious wraparound deck, propane grill, indoor gas fireplace, Foosball, pool table (please use the brush to ready the table for the next guests), game room, HD, flat screen TVs (with capability for streaming your favorite apps), and a large driveway for parking.

The cabin's kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a standard coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, oven/stove, crock pot, air fryer, dishwasher, plates, cups, and utensils, and a washer/dryer is also available at the property. We offer an outdoor propane grill (please clean with the provided utensils after each use).

**Please note: The house is equipped with new air and heating mini-split system which is easy to master, but please note, you need to follow instructions as each system is on separate remote controls.**

This lake view house is situated in the non-gated community of Bear Creek Lakes, only 8 miles from historic downtown Jim Thorpe, close to Lake Harmony and Jack Frost Mountain. Have a picnic on the beach, fish in the well-stocked 160-acre lake, take a dip in the heated Olympic pool at the clubhouse, or venture just outside Bear Creek for incredible biking, hiking, whitewater rafting, skiing, and more!

The community has a lake with 2 beaches, a pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, all located in a serene surrounding ideal for quiet walks and peaceful enjoyment.

**10 beach/pool passes are provided including 2 parking passes for the use of community amenities. Please return all passes to their original place before checking out. The beach is within walking distance and the pool requires a short drive.

In addition to the "great room" (with vaulted ceilings) and family room, the house has an additional heated sun room, featuring a flat screen TV and game table.

*** PLEASE NOTE: We offer these STARTER supplies: only of paper towels, napkins, garbage bags, and toilet paper. WE DO NOT OFFER shampoo, conditioner, lake/pool towels.
***Fee listed as host fee is in fact a cleaning fee for you to have a sparkling clean house for your getaway.

We provide bath towels, hand towels as well as bed linens, but recommend you bring towels for the pool and lake as those are not provided for you and use of bath towels from the cabin is prohibited outside of the property.

We provide STARTER trash bags only. Please put ALL trash in garbage bins OUTSIDE prior to check out. Bears love our trash.

For the safety of both guests and property, there are outside security cameras located at 3 ports of entry. Any tampering with or disconnecting of security cameras or WiFi will be grounds for immediate eviction from the property and up to a $200 charge per camera.

Please note this property may NOT suitable for small children under the age of 7. There are 2 sets of steps, a balcony on the 3rd floor, and a high deck. We do not provide gates, high chairs, or cribs.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. *Violators will be promptly removed, no refunds, and security deposit forfeited!

**There is a noise ordinance that is in effect at all times as Bear Creek is a quiet and peaceful location often hosting year-round property owners. Our sleepy community is patrolled 24 hours by security enforcing noise restrictions, violation is grounds for immediate dismissal with NO refund.

When using the air/heat units please only use UP and DOWN arrows, if you touch any other buttons, the heat/air will stop working. (If you have young children, keep them out of reach). The remotes must stay close to each unit at all times in order to work. If you touch any other buttons, the units won't work. Please don't switch the mode on any units, as this will cause them to stop working.


PLEASE NOTE: Please insert the correct amount of guests into your booking request, including infants and children. We do not charge for guests 2 and under, however, this property is NOT baby proofed.
Guest limits are 14 persons. Additional guests without the owner's express consent are grounds for immediate removal from the property.
