About this property

Superb apartment located in the heights of Cassis, two minutes by car from the city center and the beaches. Very bright thanks to its large picture windows and its sumptuous view of the whole village, the sea and the vineyards, from the living room and bedroom. Its superb very pleasant balcony joins the living room to the bedroom. The accommodation, recently refurbished in a minimalist decoration, benefits from all modern comforts for 4 people (one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room).

Wohnung mit Sicht auf Cassis Bucht

Die Sicht ist ausgezeichnet, jedoch liegt das Gebäude an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Die Fenster schirmen den Lärm nur marginal ab. Die Wohnung selber lässt Einiges zu wünschen übrig in Sachen Sauberkeit. Der Mietpreis ist definitiv zu hoch für was man dafür kriegt.
