Near the Calanques, superb apartment facing south and located in a small residence with swimming pool and paddling pool. Panoramic view overlooking the Bay of Cassis.

Located in a very quiet environment, this apartment for 4 people is comfortable and functional. It is equipped with air conditioning and is located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator, comprising: entrance with 2 single beds, living room with 1 double bed, kitchenette, bathroom, separate wc, large outdoor terrace with stunning sea views over the Cap Canaille.

Individual closed garage in the residence with direct access to the apartment by the lift.

Near the residence: municipal shuttle for access to the city, numerous tennis courts, nautical stadium with aquatic activities and secure adventure course.

Bedding: everything is provided except bathroom linen, sheets and pillowcases (1 double bed in 140 x 200 and 2 single beds in 90 x 200 and 4 pillowcases in 65 x 65).

Cleaning: cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Otherwise, the cleaning fee will be € 50 and will apply in addition to the rental price.

Terrassenappartment ohne Luxus

Das Beste an diesem Appartment waren der Blick, der Swimming-Pool, der zu dieser ehemaligen Hotel-Anlage gehört und die Tiefgarage. Das Appartment war sehr klein und minimalst ausgestattet. Der Komfort fehlte absolut. Das Doppelbett bestand aus einem kleinen Ausziehsofa, auf der Terrasse fehlt ein Sonnenschutz (Südseite), die Stockbetten im Eingangsbereich sind total schmal, und das obere Bett ist nicht abgesichert. Nach Cassis sind es etwa 3,5km, die nicht jeder mit dem Fahrrad bestreitet, zumal es steil runtergeht und es auf dieser Straße meist viel Verkehr hat. Vom Eigentümer wurden wir aber genauestens in alle Details der Wohnung und der Garage eingewiesen,

Très belle vue mer donnant sur le Cap Canaille

Vue mer magnifique sur Cassis , son château et Cap Canaille, falaise de 394m de haut. Hôte très agréable et gentil. Machine à laver à disposition. Piscine malheureusement non chauffée. Un petit relooking serait le bienvenu pour un meilleur confort dans l'appartement.

Vue incroyable!

Vue incroyable pour ce logement conforme à la description. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et accueillants. Prevoir petit matériel (liquide vaisselle, éponge, huile, sel...) car le logement est vide sur ce point. Vaisselle et équipements suffisants. La localité (navette proche pour le centre ville) avec le garage est un vrai atout pour Cassis.
