VIEUX BOUCAU, beautiful apartment completely renovated, ideally located on the shores of the marine lake, 2 steps from shops and a few more steps from the ocean. Leave the car and do everything on foot! Bike path nearby for the more courageous who want a nice ride under the pine forest of the Landes.
Composed of: Kitchenette: washing machine, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster. Living room: sofa bed, television, bay window with access to the balcony. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, bedside table + lamp, cupboard. Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed, bedside tables + lamps, wardrobe, bay window opening onto balcony. Shower room: large shower, sink, WC. Balcony with garden furniture and deckchairs, view on the lake.
Capacity: 6 people. Shared outdoor car park.
