The house was nice and spacious. The kitchen was great for having multiple in it to help cook meals. We loved the peace and quiet of the property and being able to admire the cows. We highly recommend for a group getaway that wants a peaceful re in the country. There’s also a cute local winery a quick 5-5 minute drive away too.

Beautiful scenery, less than 10 minutes from town. Very spacious interior, the walk-in handicap shower was an unexpected but great feature. Amenities for both the humans and the dog staying were exceptional. Host was quick to respond to questions about features that my home does not have (smart home heating/cooling). Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. Looking forward to booking again.

The house was a great location to our family in Tonasket. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the hot tub and the dogs liked the space too,run outside. The host was great when we needed anything. We are looking forward to stay here again.

This was an excellent property to stay at and Jacob was very responsive and communicative! The booking process was easy and went smoothly, very clean house and a great couch! Great for large groups, we loved the hot tub!

Quiet, lovely property

Our family was in town for a celebration of life and the Livingston Lodge gave us a quiet place to come back to and enjoy the silver lining of being together in a beautiful location. The house was extremely clean and well provisioned and the host & caretaker were both amazing.
