🚰 Septic System Care Our property uses a septic system, which requires special care to keep it functioning properly. Please help us by following these guidelines: • Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Items like wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, paper towels, or diapers can cause serious damage. • Avoid pouring grease, oils, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the sink. These can clog the system. • Use provided trash bins for all non-flushable items. • Please limit use of harsh chemicals (bleach, drain cleaners, etc.) as they can disrupt the system. • Conserve water when possible—running multiple long showers or loads of laundry back-to-back can overwhelm the system. ⚠️ If a septic professional must be called to the property and the issue is determined to be caused by tenant misuse or negligence, the tenant may be held responsible for the full invoice.
