On the ground floor of a new building. Close to the city center, this comfortable apartment includes one bedroom (double bed 140x190cm), closets, and a TV. It also features a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen (oven, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator-freezer), and a bathroom with a sink and toilet. There is a terrace and a private parking space. NO INTERNET ACCESS - NO PETS ALLOWED - SMOKING ONLY ON THE TERRACE.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee; please contact the agency at the time of booking). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
