Beautiful new beach house on the exclusive south side of Cayman Brac.

Snorkel and fish off your personal 100 ft of Caribbean beachfront. Stunning sunrise and sunset views. Close to all amenities on the island, but quiet and secluded, with the sounds of the ocean to keep you company. Booby birds are frequent visitors.

The whole is house is yours. High ceilings make the open space large and inviting.
The living room has comfortable seating and handy tables. The Smart TV has all the apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, on-line gaming, or any other service you could want. The wifi is high speed and reliable! We encourage you to turn your phone to wifi calling so you can call home for free!

The kitchen has full-size appliances: fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There is plenty of counter space. Equipped with dishes, pots and pans, even a big lobster pot if you're lucky enough to be on the island during lobster season! We have good fresh water, so you don't need to worry about using bottled water during your stay.

There is a washer/dryer for your personal use. We provide 3 sets of bamboo sheets for each bed (and the pull-out sofa bed in the living room). You don't have to wash these - we provide that service - but you are free to use fresh linens anytime. We also provide a large number of Turkish cotton towels and an assortment of beach towels. You don't need to bring any with you!

The bedrooms are large and roomy with large closets and a dresser for your use. The north-facing windows in the bedrooms provide a view of the beautiful rugged towering bluff.

The best part of the house is the porch, where you can put your feet up and watch the waves, the stars, distant storms on the horizon. Booby birds swoop past and like the leaning palm tree.

Southern Exposure offers you seclusion and serenity - but you are not far away from anything you might want or need. The public beach is on the souh side, and just down the road from the house. There is a beautiful outdoor yoga retreat on the south side as well. There's rock climbing adventures on the island too. Lots of caves you are free to explore.

There are restaurants and grocery stores (all stores are closed on Sundays though). You'll find jerk chicken some nights on the island. You are free to dine at the resort.

We can provide rental car service information - they can meet you at the airport and get you to the house so you won't need to find it on your own when you arrive. Note that we drive on the left in the Cayman Islands.

Cayman Brac is well known for diving - with many dive sites on the island. There are great places for snorkeling, caves to explore, a parrot sanctuary on the bluff. You will love this little piece of paradise!
