In a completely renovated residence, 30m2 duplex studio for 2 ideally located 200 m from the lake beach and 4.5 km from the ocean beach. Many shops and restaurants on the spot. Many activities await you: sailing, paddle, fishing, water skiing on the lake, kite foil, surfing, kite surfing, kite foil at the ocean beach, hiking or cycling, golfing... Very touristic region (near Soulac, Lacanau, Bordeaux, Arcachon ...) with cultural, gastronomic heritage and renowned wines. Come and taste all the flavors of the Médoc and relax in this little corner of paradise in the heart of the pines. Apartment not air-conditioned but equipped with fans. North-facing. Pay-and-display municipal car park (€50 for 7 days) at the foot of the residence, equipped with a fast-charging station for electric vehicles.

Impossible d'aérer pour dormir par temps chaud ou par pluie...fenêtre donnant sur une véranda ensoleillée et non ventillée...VELUX clos par temps de pluie. Nous avons pensé quitter plus tôt.....ouf il a fait beaucoup moins chaud.Nous avons fait ces commentaires à la proprio,elle dort en bas par temps chaud sur un petit divan (1 personne)de mauvaise qualité. Nous sommes DEUX.Voir aussi un commentaire en août 2025 pour ces problèmes.Bref, nous étions heureux de retourner chez nous

L’aération de la chambre se fait idéalement le matin. Sous le toit et en raison de la verrière dans la partie commune de la résidence, elle peut rester chaude en période de forte chaleur, mais dispose d’un ventilateur. Malgré l’été chaud dans le sud-ouest parfois, l’exposition nord de l’appartement offre toutefois un avantage par rapport à une exposition plein sud. A noter que la baie vitrée peut rester ouverte la nuit sans danger.

Emplacement très calme, appartement très propre cependant impossible d’aérer la mezzanine où nous dormions car la fenêtre donne dans une serre. Il était donc impossible de dormir en période de canicule. De plus contrairement aux autres locations il n’y avait même pas une seule dosette de café ou bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée .

Tout est parfait dans ce studio

Sylvie a agencé et organisé ce joli petit logement d'une manière très confortable, pratique et chaleureuse. Il est extrêmement bien situé : on peut tout faire à pied dans Maubuisson, et la plage, les lacs, les forêts sont très accessibles. Elle nous y a accueilli très gentiment et les échanges furent très sympathiques. On recommande!

schöne Ferien

das Apartment ist ziemlich klein, aber für ein paar Tage am Meer/See völlig ausreichend. Zumindest wesentlich komfortabler als auf dem Campingplatz. Es ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr. Das Geschirr war gut und gepflegt, die Vermieterin freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war schön sauber. Die Beschreibung der Lage ist ziemlich gut. Man ist nicht direkt im Ort, was schön ist. Aber man kann morgens bequem das Baguette zu Fuß kaufen. Das Sofa (nur Zweisitzer) war das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Es ist zu klein, zu weich und zu tief. Und die Stühle sind nicht so bequem. Wer das in Kauf nehmen kann, findet eine sehr gute Ferienwohnung. Trotzdem: volle Punktzahl und klare Empfehlung.

Agréable séjour

Beaucoup de marches et une pente assez raides pour l accès à l appartement mais celui ci a une Situation parfaite. L appartement Peut être dépersonaliser un peu! Il reste cependant sympa, tres propre et il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin. L ouverture de la fenêtre qui est prévue prochainement dans la mezzanine est sans aucun doute nécessaire et essentielle car lorsqu il fait très chaud, le manque d air se fait ressentir et devient insoutenable malgré les ventilateurs mis à disposition. L exposition du balcon est top ainsi que la literie! Mme Canon nous a fait un très bon accueil et reste très à l écoute. Merci

séjour très correct cependant tous les espaces pour poser nos affaires sont occupés de bricole appan

a la fin du séjour nous avons été accusé de vol car 2 petits objets parmi une innombrable quantité de petits objets n'étaient pas revenus à la même place c'est la première fois qu'un tel incident se produit avec nous une simple coup de téléphone de ma part a remis les choses en place c'est la raison pour laquelle je ne recommande à opersonne de louer ce studio plein nord

Parfait mais un peu cher

Appartement idéalement situé près du lac et du pôle de Maubuisson. L'orientation de la loggia au nord-est, face à la forêt et opposée à la route, est très agréable en été. Seuls bémol : le manque de rangement et le prix, trop élevé à notre avis pour le mois de septembre.
