We had a lovely 6-night stay with our kids and their grandparents. Plenty of space and great layout. Condo was clean and communication was easy. Kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and basics. So pleased with all the activities for the kids…multiple pools, soccer field, game room, pickleball courts, play sets, and pretty trails. Close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs attractions. A quiet & relaxing getaway up north!

We've stayed in a few different units over the years at Trout Creek, but this was our first at #50. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for our family of six. The location in the complex was great - close to the amenities - and just short drives to Petoskey & Harbor Springs. Just a few things to mention for consideration though ... There was a cabinet under the stairs with several open bottle of liquor in it. There is a lock on the cabinet, but it was not locked. We were very disappointed that the tennis courts were not usable again this year. We were told they were being painted, but we didn't really such much progress during our week. One the main reasons we stay at Trout Creek is for all the wonderful amenities, and it was a huge bummer not to have use of the tennis courts for the second year in a row. Despite those issues, we would definitely consider coming back next summer and just hope the tennis courts are ready!

Great Experience. Everything was as expected. Only thing that would have been nice would have been some small toiletry items (shampoo, soap).

Nice place to stay

Equidistant from Petoskey and Harbor Springs so lots of options for things to do. Plenty of room for a family - lots of bedroom space. Deck was nice in the afternoon and evening. Indoor and outdoor pools and 2 small kids playgrounds onsite. Overall it was a nice place to stay however carpets could use a cleaning. Also, even though listing said no pets, some of the family had to leave early due to an allergic reaction that was caused by pet dander (there were dog bowls in the closet). This was a lesson learned for us as we never thought to look for a pet free rental.
