Completely remodeled ground floor condominium. New carpet, paint, flooring, counters, and linens. Very Clean!! New furniture and furnishings.
Large living room with gas fireplace is light with switch, large flat screen TV and separate dining room, large enclosed porch that views the ski slopes in the distance.
Master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, and private whirlpool. Second bedroom has one full and one twin bed. Sleeps 7 comfortably. More electronics include new stereo, CD/DVD, cable TV, and WI-FI. Convenient Nobs Nub and weekend shuttle to slopes. One outside Parking space and a one car garage. Community pools, Jacuzzi, and newly remodeled workout room with new equipment. Located between Michigan's best skiing at Nubs and Boyne Highlands. Located in Building 12

Why they chose this property

Beautiful wooded location, conveniently located close the Great Lakes and to downhill and X-country skiing, golf, biking and a central point to visit Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Mackinaw Island.
This Association offers many amenities, in door and out door swimming pools, tennis courts, large soccer fields, attached to the North Country Trail as well as great hiking and snowmobile trails. It is a great place for families and for family reunions. many indoor amenities for rainy days such as phoos ball, ping pong plus indoor swimming and jacuzzi. Of course, fishing in the stocked trout ponds. Our extensive bike trail system is just down the road

What makes this property unique

The interior is fresh and very clean! Fully equipped large kitchen with Granite Counter tops. Gas fireplace with easy on switch. Great condo location on a with privacy surrounded by woods and located on a hillside that views the ski hills especially beautiful in the evenings with the ski hill lights in the distance.
