Trout Creek offers fully furnished condos situated on 150 acres with 21 separate buildings. Trout Creek is located in Harbor Springs, Michigan.

Trout Creek is just a short 10-20 minute drive to the resort towns of Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Mackinaw City is only a 30 minute drive where you can hop on the ferry to Mackinac Island. Access to Lake Michigan at the Petoskey State Park is only a 7 minute drive. Trout Creek is surrounded by golf courses and located next to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts. Birding trails, biking, boating and so much more all nearby.

Our furnace needed service. Maintenance manager did an excellent job coordinating and communicating with us as he arranged for a technician to replace the control board

Ski weekend

Trout Creek is always a favorite place to stay for skiing up north. The condo didn’t disappoint! Great view of Highlands lite up. Very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back! Thank you!!

Cozy and close to Nubs

Positive: Kitchen had all the essentials. Kids enjoyed the pool. Nice hot tub and dry sauna. Close to Nubs and Highlands. Friendly staff. Our fob and Internet didn't work at first and they were very quick to fix it. Needs improvement: the smoke smell from the fireplace in upstairs unit strongly presented to downstairs unit. Furnace didn't have enough make up air if bathroom and bedroom doors closed (draft down fire place needs reversing by cracking a window and turning on the fireplace). Need plungers in bathrooms.

Just a few issues

The television interface was difficult to use, and we never did find any basic cable; it would be helpful if there were written instructions for the TV. Also, the thermostat had a mind of its own, and a couple of different times it switched temperatures from what we had set it at. Again, written instructions for the thermostat would have been helpful.

Nice property

Very nice property, conveniently located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, Mi. They have everything you need indoors and out. Clean, comfortable units, would definitely consider coming back.
