We loved our stay in Wells. The community is really lovely and we enjoyed all the accommodations—pool, game room, etc. The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. It was great to have access to a kitchen and washing machine. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

This was our first time visiting Maine and we loved it. The cottage was great for my family of four. It is a very close drive to the beach,Marginal Way and the village. We played mini golf as well! Check in was easy and the cottage was very comfortable. The community is also nice and quiet. The pool, game room and weight room was also used by my family a few times. We would recommend staying here!

Cottage was fine but it would have been nice to have a few more towels for a 4 day stay with 3 adults - 4 thin white towels - no beach towels and no bath mat wasn’t what we expected.

Great location, great property

This was our second time staying at this property! We had an awesome stay at this condo in Wells! It was super clean, the beds were really comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Having laundry right in the unit was a total game changer. The deck, grill, and outdoor sitting area were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the nice weather.Our kids loved riding their bikes around the grounds and swimming in the pool. The location was perfect—nice and quiet which was such a great escape from the beach traffic. We also took easy day trips to Ogunquit, York, the Kittery outlets, and Kennebunkport. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Perfectly Located, Affordable Cottage Near Maine’s Best Beaches and Attractions

We chose this cottage for its affordable price and convenient location near the beach and other attractions in Maine. Footbridge Beach turned out to be our favorite, just a short distance away with the added bonus of restroom facilities. Surprisingly, even though the cottage is in Wells, getting to Wells Beach takes longer and involves more traffic during peak times. The cottage is perfectly situated near Ogunquit and offers easy drives to popular destinations like Old Orchard Beach and Portland. It comfortably accommodated two adults and two teenagers, and it was well-stocked with all the essentials. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The gated community where the cottage is located is an added plus, featuring a nice pool area with a large in-ground hot tub, a game room, and a well-equipped workout facility. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property. We’d gladly return for another stay.
