We really enjoyed our stay here though our visit was too brief. We were very comfortable and were grateful for an ample supply of pillows to choose from. There was also extra bedding for those who needed it. We utilized the sofa as a "twin" bed. Its single seat cusion was adequate in size for an adult. Someone else mentioned that you will need to bring your own condiments including salt and pepper. They were correct. Reviewers were also correct about not hearing the guests in the other unit though it was occupied at the same time of our stay. If you are someone who likes to sleep with white noise or a fan then you will need to supply your own. We had travel fans so it wasn't a problem for us. I utilized the desk area by the guest room and was grateful for the space to work in when needed. We appreciated that the freezer had an ice maker. We were surprised by the great water pressure. Though the original home is older it lives like a new build. Well done! The home was spotless and smelled so fresh and clean without bothering a sensitive friend's allergies. We used the tea kettle daily and were able to launder our clothes. After traveling cross country for 3 weeks only two places we stayed at offered that amenity Thank you!!! Hope to return next year!

Perfect Location

Perfect location for a 2 night stay for a conference. Clean, modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. I would def rent again! Matt was easy to work with and provided all the info we needed for the stay.

Fantastic Cottage Close to Downtown Franklin

We loved staying in this cottage. The pictures don’t fully convey the charm of this cottage. It was spotless, easy to navigate, and so comfortable. Cold AC for the hot Tennessee summer! A two minute drive to downtown Franklin or the Farmers market. Modern appliances though we did not cook while on vacation. We look forward to returning in the cooler months.

Nice property and great location

We stayed in unit A over a long weekend in February. The house was warm and inviting. The home looked newly renovated. House was clean and nicely decorated in modern barn style. Kitchen was roomy and fairly well stocked. The salt and pepper shakers are for decoration only. You’ll need to supply your own. The kitchen could use a few more knives, dishes and mugs. Larrge fridge and freezer but no filtered water. We had no issues with tap water. The host provided two bags of ice in the freezer. Master bath is spacious: beautifully tiled, big shower, separate toilet area. Two people can easily get ready at one time. Beds were comfortable and clean. The guest bath is smaller. One person at a time. Neighborhood was super quiet, very safe and easy walk or drive to town square. We loved having our own driveway. The first two days we never heard our neighbors in unit B. The third day someone new checked in. We could hear them walking while we were in the living room and kitchen. We never heard a tv or any voices. I would recommend this property for adults or someone with children 4 and older. I wouldn’t recommend it for a crawling baby or toddler. We would stay there again.
