With one king-size bed, three queens, one double, seven twin beds, and four roll-out twins, everyone will be able to spread out and find their own peace and quiet. The spacious living area is complete with plush furnishings and a fireplace to snuggle up next to in the colder months. In the evening, the deck is the ideal place to relax and take in the amazing view of Bear Lake with a glass of wine or a cup of warm tea. A full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make memorable meals, so grab some help and tackle mealtimes with loved ones. After a day filled with adventure, kick back and relax while watching a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV or catch up on social media using the free WiFi.

Beaver Mountain Ski Area is just under 14 miles away, so guests can easily enjoy time at the mountain and come back to a lovely fire! The area is also full of trails for guests who enjoy snowmobiling, in addition to companies that will rent snowmobiles. Bear Lake is a lovely place to enjoy ice fishing when the weather turns cold. If guests you're visiting in January, enjoy Winterfest and the Polar Plunge!

The lake was beautiful and access was very close. Cute little town with shops for everyone and a great house with so much room, perfect for our group of 10 and we could have easily had more!

Perfect place for a week at Bear Lake

Family Trip

We have stayed at this property (not the specific unit) before and enjoyed the location and views off the balcony. However this time the property was not clean. Hair around the bathroom floors, kitchen sink smelled like rotten fish despite trying to run water thru it, lemons in the disposal….

Lots of things to appreciate at this property

Beautiful view, great location near the marina, bike path, and quick jaunt into town, easy drive to north shore beach. Host was very quick to respond to questions. Well-stocked kitchen, DVD movies, and games. Lots of things to make this a great property with a group—good floor plan, good gathering spaces, extra blankets, extra fridge, plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Blender, crockpot, etc. Enjoyed the tennis court and swimming pool. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Good location, great views, parking is a little tight. Property seems to be old and needs some TLC & up dating. The unit we stayed in was dirty- dead flys in the freezer, rugs dirty, kitchen sink smelt like rotten fish….

Fun friends reunion

We had such a great time at this house. The walk to the lake was great and the views from the house were wonderful. The lake was really chilli this time so it was great having a pool and hot tub for all the kids to play in. The only complaint I have is that there weren’t enough sheets for all the available beds.

Great view of lake and marina

The property has a great view of the lake and marina. A patio deck on the main floor and second floor to enjoy the view from. It's a nice place other than the front door lock and window blinds in the master bedroom. The condo had plenty of room and hooks to hang things on. The kitchen was well stocked with about everything needed for cooking.

Bear Lake Condo

Had a great time. Perfect for our family vacation. Season for the local shops was mostly over, so very few people, which was also wonderful. Sent three emails to owner through VBRO, no of which were answered, so kinda on your own. Cleanliness was just okay. Dusty, some cob webs, dirty diaper in one of the bedrooms. That said, we would probably stay again. Layout of the house was perfect. Gathering area was on separate floor from sleeping.

Good location and great view of the lake.

The property was in a good location and had a great view of the lake. The property was nice, roomy, well equipped and generally fairly clean although the home could use a good deep clean (under couch cushions, cobwebs, etc.) The only real negative comment from was with regard to the beds. Our family members found the beds very uncomfortable (with the exception of the bed in the master bedroom).

Yearly Bear Lake Vacation

There were 17 in our family group. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The proximity to the marina was great. The condo was clean, check in was a breeze. The use of the pool and hot tub was nice after a day of boating. Our only suggestion would be having more outdoor chairs. There are two balconies and a lower patio. There were only 3 outdoor chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy check in , horrible spider problem

Horrible horrible horrible spider and cobweb problems. Spiders crawled across feet as we stand in the kitchen We killed 20 spiders the first day we were there Mold on shower curtain in downstairs bathroom There was a grill on the patio but it didn’t work. Out of propane I guess. There was lots of extra blankets and cots. And many kitchen supplies. The pool pass was wonderful and so grateful. The windows in the basement were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them to enjoy the wonderful lake.

Lots of space

There was a lot of room for a lot of people. Even though there was only room to park two vehicles the extra parking lot was not that far away and you got to enjoy the beautiful views as you walked to your car.
