The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 40" television, and a en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with the bottom bunk bed size is a full size to fit 2 people, top is a twin size.

Guest will enjoy the backyard that has a deep diving private pool, that is heated upon request, a BBQ grill, lounge chairs, table for dining outside, basketball hoop on driveway and a tree swing for kids. Inside the home there is a pool today and dart board for inside entertainment.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house looks exactly as pictured. It is clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Kim was very responsive to any questions we had. We loved the location. I highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Great home base

We stayed in the house for an extended stay and it was tidy, had everything we needed and gave us a great home base. The location is extremely convenient to shops and is centrally located with easy access to main roads. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice to come home to. Communication was excellent from start to finish, though we didn’t run into many issues at all during our stay. We would stay again!

Spacious and Clean

The house was large, clean and has plenty of towels for inside and swimming. The kitchen is nice and we especially enjoyed swimming and grilling outside. The neighborhood is quiet but it is close to many nice stores and restaurants.

Great house in a great location

Kim was fabulous to work with and very prompt with communication! House was perfect and clean and the pool got sun in the prime hours !!! We were able to walk to a few good restaurants and everything else was within 10-20 minutes as well so the location I thought was great ! Highly recommend working with Kim and staying at any of her homes :)
