About this property

Under palm and banana trees, a 15-minute walk from the sea,

It’s spring all year round on this south side of the island. The Teide volcano, 3718m, is 40mn by car from the apartment, the landscape is magical.
"Playa Americas" is 10 minutes away, Tenerife South airport 22 km from us. There is a bus line that connects the southern airport directly outside our residence.
But the best is to rent a car in the airport for a very low price, around 6 to 8 € / d

“Callao Salvaje” district, in Adeje, southwest Tenerife. In a beautiful, very quiet, residential location, under palm and banana trees, 200m from shops, 250m from the sea, with easy parking.
Very beautiful 25m private swimming pool inside the residence + one for children. Large terrace overlooking the sea and the island of La Gomera
 
The recent apartment includes:
• A pleasant 30m3 terrace on the raised ground floor, with blinds and vegetation + covered pergola and curtains, teak furniture.
• A large bedroom with a double bed maxi size + an extra sofa bed 1 place, 1 chest of drawers and wardrobes.
• A living room with the kitchen area equipped with an oven, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea machine, microwave, fridge / freezer, cutlery and dishes….
• A comfortable sofa convertible into 2 beds in this living room, with flat screen tv and dvd player
• A bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine
• Household linen, sheets, towels, iron and ironing board, clotheslines,…
• We leave in the cupboards something to eat if you arrive late: coffee, tea, sugar….

Leuk appartement. Keuken alles ruim aanwezig en schoon Bed lang genoeg, maar had iets breder mogen zijn, in de beschrijving stond dat het een ruim bed was, misschien in lengte Het lag goed. Genoeg linnengoed aanwezig. Rustige buurt. Goed bereikbaar met de auto.
