A recently renovated duplex with all the comforts and amenities you'll need for a magnificent stay in Lyon.

Upstairs, in the room you will find a double bed fitted with hotel quality linens. This charming apartment can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. Be carefull, height of the mezzanine is 1m70
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have all the necessary utensils to prepare and enjoy your meals at the table.
The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer and a large mirror.
And we provide fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
A reversible portable AC is available for your comfort.


You can also relax in the living room, with television, wifi connection.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Central district of Lyon, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, all major sights can be walked from the apartment.

On the Presqu'île you will find beautiful buildings of the 19th century and important historical monuments, it is also an ideal place to go shopping, go to the cinema, and go out with its many restaurants, cafés theaters, bouchon, Bars & Pubs.

The nearest metro station is Croix-Paquet (line C) only about a 1-minute walk away.
And just 5 minutes away is the Hotel de Ville (line A) metro station.

From these 2 stations you'll be able to travel and explore Lyon with ease!

Cleaning costs include cleaning as well as sheets and towels and the handing over of the keys.
Arrivals are between 2pm and 10pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, additional charges apply:
- 20€ after 10pm There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
