BeachCrest 304 is on the 3rd floor, with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in guest bedroom. It has 3 TV's each with their own DVD player.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, balcony access. Private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, TV. Easy access to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen bed.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Perfect Spot

The condo is in the perfect location, quick access to Seaside and other communities, very short walk down to the beach. The price was very reasonable for this area, management was very communicative and quick to respond. All in all, a perfect crashing pad for 3 ladies to have a girl's getaway.

Great location! The beach chairs/umbrella & location on the beach - priceless. Other parts of the beach were super crowded but not at BeachCrest! Condo needs new blinds in the master bedroom but other than that it was great. A short golf cart ride to great restaurants in Seagrove or Seaside. Very pleased.

Unit 304 was perfect!

We will rent this unit every time. The twin beds are so helpful when you need a two bedroom but a bed for each child. It was clean and also had easy access to the unit from the stairs or elevator. There was plenty of room in the den for everyone to sit. Easy beach access and a nice heated pool. We loved renting this unit and loved the complex.

Complete Renovation Needed

This property needs a complete renovation. Everything appeared fine in the pictures but when you walked into the condo a musty smell met you and everything was old, dirty, falling apart or broken.

All in all, it was another great visit to 30A and its beaches.

Almost everything about this property was great. The location was amazing, right on the beach, clean, and management was right there when we messed up the door code. Oops. The only thing this place needs is a fresh coat of paint and some updated furniture. I’m usually not a stickler about the inside of the property since we come down to spend the majority of the time on the beach, but this year we had our 1 year old with us and she wasn’t a fan of the beach so we spent a considerable amount of time inside. The listing shows the inside looking shiny and new but it’s pretty worn so an updated interior and this place is a 10/10!

It's a lot smaller than the pics make it look like. The carpet in the Master is probably original from 30 years ago. Stains everywhere. The place was not cleaned well at all especially the showers, still had a lot of hair in them. The one good thing is it is on the beach, but I will not be staying here again.

The ugly, the bad and the good

The UGLY: This property literally stinks. It was musty and damp, and each day we tried to stay away from inside the condo as long as humanly possible. We wanted to leave, but didn’t think the property managers would offer us another place. The Bad: the condo’s couches, loveseat, chairs and throw pillows were all damp to the touch. It was as if someone had a swim party and invited everyone to sit on the furniture without drying off . I know the maids cleaned but the bathrooms had long black hairs everywhere including stuck on the paneling The internet worked for about an hour but was worthless the rest of the vacation The Good: the location is great and walkable to everything needed. The views are excellent from the balcony. The management did bring us some febreze and it was a very temporary fix to cover the mildew and musty odor. Kendall was easy to work with and helped unclog the shower drain. The property is worn out and needs a face lift.

Reviewer Comments: First off, Beachcrest Condos are one of our "go to" condos because of the excellent location in Seagrove. We rented last minute so our options for beach front were limited, but we've never been disappointed with any of the 4 or 5 prior units in Beachcrest before. Beachcrest 304 was sadly disappointing. The unit was very much outdated, carpets in both bedrooms were vacuumed but filthy. They should have been replaced years ago. Several cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathrooms had broken/bent hinges and had a layer of dirt on them. The furniture was mismatched, scratched from years of use and the couch had stains. The toilets flushed, but were clearly having issues and there were water stains on the ceiling. The outdoor furniture was an old, plastic set but usable after I personally cleaned it. The unit is simply outdated and lacked basic necessities that are never guaranteed, but I've never rented a unit without them (i.e. a single wine glass, cookie sheet, salt/pepper, hair dryer). All these issues might be acceptable to some, but for a rate of almost $400/night with taxes, fees, cleaning, we will not be back to Beachcrest 304.

I called repeatedly when we arrived to try to move to an acceptable unit. But no one called me back. I finally reached someone and she outright lied that 4 people called me back on 4/10. I texted with the girl in the on-site office and she was very helpful. Everyone else super rude and dismissive. I wouldn’t rent from you starting n if my life depended on it. And I’ll spread the word, I know a ton of people who rent down there, they won’t use this company. You need to make it right.
