I stayed here for a month, and it was the best experience! I work from home, and found the time away at this condo to be worth every penny. Steps away from the beach, beautiful views of the sunset from the porch, and a warm inviting home. Highly recommend!

Great beachside place!

Loved this condo. Very clean, accurate description and pictures. Walk to beach was short, or could call for the tram, which was always to us within minutes. Thanks for a great stay!

Nicely updated steps to beach

Loved the place! Nicely updated and just steps to the beach was great. Also pet friendly. I love to cook and kitchen could use a few more bowls plates for cooking. Pans were “ok”, but did have to go buy one for a special meal.No broom or vacuum. I like to sweep everyday because I have a dog so I had to do that on my hands and knees with a rag.Cleaning people did miss a large dog bone under the tv table In living room from a previous guest.I like my privacy so the ring camera outside And noise meter inside was a bit annoying. I got a notice via text one night when we were having dinner and laughing that it was too loud at 8:30. Part of vacation is having a good time and laugh at the dinner table shouldn’t be something that alerts Noise. Maybe adjust the time, if that is possible if it is necessary to have such a Device inside the property? I did think I had no hot water at the kitchen sink until the second day, only because I amUse to the hot/cold set the opposite then what they are in this unit.I only mention these for the Host to consider, but I would Definitely stay there again and do highly recommend this place. Thank you for a well kept lovely place to stay!Thing

We’re thrilled to hear you loved the home, its proximity to the beach, and that it worked well for your four-legged family member too! We do want to clarify a couple of things you mentioned. We disclose the presence of noise monitors in all of our listings, and they’re simply there to help ensure that everyone—including you and your neighbors—can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The monitors are set to a generous 95 decibels during regular hours and only adjust to 75 decibels after 10 p.m., which is in line with most community quiet hours. That said, we totally understand wanting to enjoy some good laughs at the dinner table without interruption, and we’ll review the sensitivity settings to make sure they aren’t being too overzealous. As for the Ring doorbell, it’s currently inactive and just hasn’t been removed yet—nothing sneaky or active there, promise! We also appreciate the helpful notes about the kitchen items and the cleaning oversight. We’ll make sure housekeeping is aware, and we’ll take a look at adding a broom and some extra cookware for future guests. Thank you again for the great feedback and your recommendation—we’d love to welcome you back for another stay soon!
