BeachCrest 403 is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. It has tile floors throughout, an open kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, 3 TVs and 3 DVD players. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your own private balcony.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Time to Chill

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Beach. Few people around. Clear and Chilly weather. Condo is in need of updating.Everything felt like it was near the end of its useful life. For the price, I would think the unit could be better maintained. I suppose it is just a "cash cow" for the owners.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THAT ROOM WAS NASTY, NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL!!! DECOR WAS AWFUL, IT WAS DIRTY, DUSTY, ETC. BED PILLOWS LACK ALOT TO BE DESIRED, THEY WERE VERY BAD. RUGS WERE OLD AND NASTY LOOKING. DISHWASHER ALWAYS HAD A BAD SMELL, I EVEN TRIED TO CLEAN IT THE SMELL WAS SO BAD. THERE WERE NO BLANKETS TO WRAP IN FOR COMFORT, I COULD GO ON AND ON....LOOKINF=G AT THE OTHER ROOMS MY FAMILY MEMBERS WERE IN, I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED IN MINE!!!!
